I hired Maid to please to clean my home weekly. I also paid extra for additional services discussed in advance with Kimberly the manager. We agreed on a rate for folding laundry, refrigerator, and oven cleaning in addition to my standard cleaning fee. Kimberly never bothered to let her ladies know that I requested additional services. She is extremely u professional. This happened on multiple occasions. Then she was rude and told me they just wouldn’t be doing laundry anymore because it would take too long. So I continued to hire them for standard weekly cleans but they were always late. On one occasion, they were 2 hours late! I was their last clean of the day and they didn’t arrive to my house until 4:30pm. One of the ladies needed to pick up her son from child care so they only spent one hour on my home that is 4500 sq ft. It usually takes 3-4 hours. I still got charged despite them not cleaning two whole floors of my home. They never wiped down kitchen cabinets, dusted, vacuumed furniture or anything other than clean floors and wipe down bathrooms like their website states. They completely stopped showing up to my house and ignored all off my calls for two months for a weekly service I was scheduled for. I have texted and called and no one will call me back despite the fact that I tip their ladies generous amounts of money.Service: Deep clean

I hired Maid to Please and it turned out to be Made to Disappoint.On 3 occasions a cleaning crew came to my home to clean. I added on features such as:refrigerator cleaning (only the bottom of the refrigerator needed to be wiped down) and,trash/recycling removalThe 1st cleaning crew was a mother/daughter team. I believe the daughter was on her phone the majority of the time. She was told to clean the refrigerator and did not. She did not do a decent job of mopping the floor either. They were here approximately 2 hours. I took pics of the refrigerator and floor and sent it to the company. They promised to send a different cleaning crew next time.The 2nd cleaning crew came and were done in an hour. It didn’t take them long because they didn’t do half the stuff they are supposed to do as stated on their website such as wipe cabinet faces, wipe table surfaces, and the did not wipe the bottom of the refrigerator. I spoke with contact person and sent email w/ pics (again).The 3rd cleaning crew called and changed the time they would come. I had a prior engagement so it worked out fine. When I arrived home I could see that they had come in my house (while I was gone and without permission) and cleaned in 1 hour or less. Again, they didn’t clean off the areas where their predecessors missed or neglected to clean or wipe out the bottom of the refrigerator. I took pictures and sent them to the contact at Maid to Please.Instead of talking to their employee about their behavior, the contact told me that 3 times cleaning; 3 times I complain. She said I wouldn’t be charged for the last cleaning but she did not want my business anymore. She fired me!“ I am truly sorry you felt the need to fire me rather than to discipline your employees for their bad behavior and negligence, who stepped on corner stones, that are listed on the web, that you, as a company, perform and didn’t.Three times I requested for the bottom of the refrigerator to be wiped out. Not removing old food items or cleaning the whole fridge, just wiping the bottom down. I sent it re after the first negligent cleaning. I mentioned it for the 2nd cleaning, and the 3rd or last alleged cleaning, you can tell that the dated pictures match the first.To Whom it May Concern:After closer inspection from Friday’s cleaning, I have to say that I am disappointed in the quality of work performed in the above-mentioned condo. Considering that I am handicapped and it is very difficult for me to clean with one hand at a time because the other is balancing on a walker and I barely can walk, I look to your company to help me with my cleaning needs. I have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom but only require cleaning in the kitchen, the living room, and partially the bathroom – the tub is not in use at all. I was told that a team of two would come to my home and spend two hours cleaning the condo.I was not at home when they let themselves in to clean on Friday. I am not sure what time or how much time they spent cleaning, my guess is that they were here less than 2 hours. I don’t know if they are taking advantage of a handicapped person because it sure seems like it.I noticed areas that were not cleaned according to my standards and what you claim on your website. Photos are attached. They show the kitchen cabinets that were not wiped down in several places and the refrigerator bottom still remains not wiped down. The bathroom vanity had spots on it, so it wasn’t completely wiped down; they did not bother to dust anywhere; and they did not bother to wipe down the coffee table or the dining room table as everything was the same as when I left it.Additionally, some bags of trash that were on the bathroom floor were placed in the bathtub and not put with the recycling and trash.Please give me a call to discuss this further when you get a chance.”Sent from my iPhoneServices: Cleaning
