This place has the worst customer service in person and over the phone. Also if you order something expect delays and BS responses when you talk to their reps.

It takes a lot for me to rate any place less than 4 stars, but I would give this Lowes a 0 if possible. The accuracy of their inventory is habitually horrible. Do NOT rely on their website. When you order something, their delivery timelines/estimates are literally months off, both from the store and corporate. I have gone to Lowes on several occasions because their website claimed to have an appliance or other hard to find item that was not in stock elsewhere. Only to find out they also don't have in stock. They will try to win your business with quicker delivery dates than competitors, but I have found them to be horribly inaccurate. Finally, I have found their staff in-store to be unresponsive and untrained. Stay away at all costs. Tons of other great home improvement options in the area.

I stopped in this Lowe's store to grab a couple of filter for my refrigerator and a couple of other household needs. The gentleman in appliances was awesome super helpful I needed to get some Hardware the wonderful lady in Hardware was super helpful got me what I needed. I also needed a replacement pull chain for my ceiling fan the gentleman and electrical super helpful I needed a flapper for my toilet the gentleman in plumbing was super helpful got me what I needed. I highly recommend this Lowe's super helpful and very friendly staff.

Just your average lowes... the cashier was really pushy with wanting me to get the credit card though and kept saying how I was spending so much money (was getting laminate for a room and it came out to a few hundred before military discount so yes, I know it's expensive). I'd rather not be judged and have someone make a small scene over a large purchase. Just let me get my stuff and go. Hitting up a different lowes next time. If you go here I recommend self checkout so you won't be harassed by cashiers acting like they're in a pyramid scheme ?

My wife and I had the worst experience at the Sterling Low's today when we were shopping for a set of outdoors table and chairs. There was an employee whose name was Louis and he was very rude and disrespectful to us. I asked him a couple of questions about the product and he instead of helping us was laughing at us in a very rude way and talking down to us for some reason. I asked him again why he is laughing because it was not a funny situation and I was just asking serious questions. He said because we understand what he says. That is what he said!!! I had no idea what that supposed to mean!! and walked away.!! I said I need to talk to your manager, He said go find him. Just like that!! I went to the costumer service and told them about the situation and I need to talk to the manager. after 15 minutes waiting the manager showed up. His name is Jimmy. I told him about the issue and he said he will talk to the employee. I said can you please call him here and at least ask him why he was laughing at us? The manager said I mange this store in my own way and I will ask him latter. I couldn't believe what he responded to my request. I am so disappointed with Lowe's management system. How can such a rude and unprofessional employee get hired for this jobs. I have been doing business with Lowe's for years but today was the last day.!!

I have been a customer of Lowe's in Sterling for a long time probably spend about $25,000 a month there because I'm a contractor. Their return policy is not correct. But the worst part is the way the attitude especially by an employee by the name of Sean that was working on Sunday at about 12 o'clock on the August 8 has got one really bad attitude and because of him Lowes will never receive my $20,000 with the business per month per month

I absolutely hate this store. They are dismissive, not helpful and rude. Instead of helping me find what I needed they took me to the general area and just pointed without any actual explanation. I went to 84 Lumber and got excellent service!

After checking the Lowe’s app and attempting to buy some outdoor carpet (grizzly grass) at Leesburg, the associate said they didn’t have it but he checked and the Sterling Lowe’s did.Drove to the Sterling store and had to chase down an associate since there are no “help buttons” in the carpet cutting area. He said the carpet cutting machine was down and he didn’t think they had the carpet I was looking for. He said he would find someone to help me. After waiting 10 minutes and no one returned to help I left without getting what I needed after going to two separate Lowe’s stores.Go to Home Depot. They know how to manage their online inventory and their associates are actually helpful.

Incompetent. I sat in curbside pick up for ten minutes with the phone ringing off the hook. when they finally answered, they can put me on hold, came back and transfered me to customer service. They puts me on hold again and again. They ask what I'm picking up without getting a name or order number and then put me back on hold. They come back and ask for an order number. I start to tell them and get three digits of it out and they say hold on ... without getting the entire order number. Back on hold. They just disappear. meanwhile other cars in curbside pick up are here and everyone is on hold. Terrible location and service.

Face it. You’ll have to choose one of the big home improvement box stores to get the tools and supplies for that project that’s been on the list for a while. It boils down to the blue one or the orange one. You’ll go back and forth because the prices are similar and they both have what you need. The orange one really frustrated me yesterday so I chose the blue one today; Lowe’s. When I got there I saw that one of the veteran parking spots- another cool thing they do- was decorated and reserved for the fallen. That was probably the coolest Memorial Day tribute I’ve seen in a while. Nicely done, Lowe’s. I’ll choose blue a little more because of the respect you show to our veterans and our fallen heroes.
