Literally the only place I trust. They’ve saved me thousands in unnecessary “repairs” and “service” from the dealership. They photograph everything and give you detailed reports on what needs to be and how urgent or not they are.

This people are not honest people , especially Mark , you wrote a reply to my previous review stating you guys were willing to pay half the cost of the transmission. When did we ever had a discussion like that ? Even when i told you i will take the matter to court because I can’t buy a car for less than 3 weeks and its having transmission replacement. You told me your lawyers will be waiting to hear from my lawyer. For you to turn around now and lie that you were willing to pay half of the cost. Buy a car at loundon motors at your own risk. They sold me a car with a bad transmission and they knew about it.

Mr. Mark went over and beyond for me today. He was completely understanding of my work schedule, allowed a friend of mine’s to test drive the vehicle on my behalf. My buddy gave me the green light and I made the purchase. I will definitely comeback and purchase again in the future. Thank you sir.

Mark and Andrew are fantastic. I am 50 years old, and I have five little ones who all drive. I have dealt with dozens and dozens of dealers, and this dealership, by far, is the best one I ever had the pleasure of working with. They were very fair, honest, and efficient. I was in and out in an hour, including the test drive and the pricing discussion. I just took delivery of the vehicle today, and it is too soon to say if the cars are reliable, but from what I know about cars, this is solid. Not to mention, it was a great place. A Subaru with low miles and a manual transmission.. this car can last forever.
I highly recommend this dealership, and I plan to return to them for all my future vehicle and my kid's future vehicle needs. They just earned a forever customer. I highly recommend this dealership. I never, ever write freaking reviews, but I'm writing this one because they earned it!

I want to sincerely thank Mark and his team for meeting with me and allowing me to test drive the Porsche Cayenne. It was an impressive vehicle, but I ultimately found one that better suited my needs. That being said, I truly appreciate how comfortable Mark made me feel in what can often be an intimidating environment. His honesty, patience, and kindness set him apart, creating a truly memorable experience. He made me feel like family, and I’m genuinely grateful for that. Beware: Avoid having your car serviced here! We entrusted our Explorer to Mark after experiencing issues with faulty turbos. He replaced them and assured us that his work was guaranteed. We paid $11,000 for these repairs and a few other repairs. Six months later, our car stopped working again. Upon returning it to Mark and his brother, we were informed that the vehicle now required a new engine, costing $16,000.
At that point we had to get the car looked at by another shop for 2nd opinion. There, it was discovered that the issue was, once again, the turbos—the very parts Mark and his team had supposedly fixed and guaranteed. Despite our efforts to give them the chance to rectify the situation, they attempted to extract an additional $16,000 from us. When we later sought reimbursement for the defective work, Mark said he would get back to us, but failed to return our calls.
What makes this more troubling is that we know Mark personally. If he would treat us in this manner, we believe he would do the same to others.

Mark was a pleasure to work with! After a month of looking, we stumbled onto the exact vehicle we were looking for and it was 90 minutes away. Spoke with Mark on the phone, he answered every question we had, very transparent. Made an appointment to go see the van and test drive it. The van was exactly as advertised and it checked all of our boxes. Andrew met with me that day and he answered the few questions I had and was not pushy at all. My husband wasn’t able to come down for the appointment so we were able to put a deposit down and come down the following week to finalize everything. Mark met with us the following week. My husband and I were a little concerned having our 4 kids under the age of 7 with us and having to do all the paperwork (we all know how that goes at the dealerships 🙄), but Mark had the van ready to go along with the paperwork. We were in and out within 30 minutes!
When we are ready to upgrade my husbands vehicle, we will gladly drive the 90 minutes to go back to Loudoun Motors! Mark and Andrew were fantastic to work with and made the car buying experience enjoyable!

I had a great experience working with Andrew and Mark, both looking to buy one of their cars and in selling them one of my cars. Very responsive and easy to deal with, and true car guys who know and love this stuff. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.

My ac had not been working all that great, blowing air but not cold. Started to realize it was really becoming a problem when the heat outside got worse. Brent not only fixed the problem but my ac in my 2015 honda civic has never worked better ! Thanks again Brent and Jennifer :)

I’ve been going to Loudoun Motors for about 4 years now and will always keep coming back. Brent and his team are honest, direct, accommodating and thorough in performing routine service and repairs. They are the best!
