Mixed emotions I have when I post this review-
Lady tech is so nice and sweet, had a mani/pedi done. Came across this place and decided to try it. Was so impressed on friendliness and, on my mind was thinking to have found the best place to come on regular basis.
Pedicure was decent, but let me focus on fingernails, lady cut them way shoooot, and I continue to let her know i could see the fuzzy/lint on nails from lacquer brush, insisted on letting her know nails where way tooooooo bulky on ends( this is only 2 coats of gel powder_) and still she would only smile and say they looked fine.
I decided to not be confrontional because she was so sweet, but honestly wanted to to cry to see the poor quality job she did. The 2 ladies there offered to fix it but, Thank you/no thank you, since they looked at me still with a remark on their faces indicating nails were ok, but I was the one not satisfied.
Paid the $112.00 and leff her a tip for the nice attitude, not for a nice job.
Now today, a day later after this poor job I am going to my regular place to have the done .
This place on my only experience has a nice friendly atmosphere, but I came for a nail service expectation I did not receive.
Edit: Went to my regular place COCOS NAIL BAR in CENTREVILLE, and got them done, look at the difference, removed the dark grey big chunks and got a teal color , with no bulking thickness on.
Owner replied offering redo, i did decline on the same day, because they could not see the poor job done , and simply believed i did not like nails for no reason.

Please look at the pictures on the review I left, see the job done at your place and why I had to go to other place to get them done again, a refund of the manicure fee is more appropriate, because although you offered to fix ,you still did not see the awfulness of what had been done- you though i just didn't like--your (ladies) did not acknowledge the poor technique and awful result, the grey color and big chunks if what i got done at your salon-- the teal/green color i had to pay next day to have done somewhere else.

THESE PEOPLE ARE ATROCIOUS! I was asked to wait so I waited 15minutes, outside, came back to them servicing other walk-ins. They then asked me to wait again until a new tech arrives. Instead of just saying they were fully booked! After I complained, 30min in, they say “well that’s how we run our business”. Who talks to a customer that way, in which I informed them?!? Needless to say, I left & will NEVER return! I hope you go out of business due to poor management & rude customer service!

Let me just start off by saying that this gel nail design was $38!!! I have gotten similar designs done elsewhere for at least $60+. This was my first time here and I literally thought that I heard incorrectly when they told me that it was only $6 to add the French nail design. Everywhere else that I have been lately charges $20 for a design. Everyone that I met in the salon was incredibly kind and this in addition to the prices made me willing to tip more and most importantly, return!

Made an appointment for two the day before and they were super gracious with my short notice! I actually also called ahead earlier that day and was able to move my appointment up two hour with no issue :) I'd been here once before and loved it, nails lasted 4+ weeks for me and I have a very hands on job. Jenny the owner is super sweet and very attentive. I booked one acrylic gel full set with french tips and a pedicure for my friend. They were backed up with pedicure so my friend was delayed about a half hour but other than that no issue with timing. The older woman with glasses who shaped my nails was very sweet and understanding when i changed my mind about french tip design! The other nail techs were so friendly and would stop to chat when walking by. One thing I have noticed is that the top coat dulls quickly, about a week after my nails lose most of their shine. This isn't a problem for me because I have supplies at home so I go over it. Other than that no problems :) Loved my experience, would definitely recommend booking!

Horrible customer service experience. Asked if they had time for a walk-in gel manicure and pedicure, they said yes and sat me down. As I was soaking my feet someone else walked in and they immediately served them and made me wait 30 mins with my feet in the tub without communicating how long the wait would take after bumping me to the back of the line. Ended up walking out with soaked feet and no mani/pedi. Manager or owner was incredibly rude/not accommodating and didn’t offer a solution to make it better. Inconveniencing some of your customers to accommodate other customers isn’t right. It was my first time trying out this place as i recently moved to the area, and certainly won’t be back to try for a second time.
Edited to add reply to owner: No, you offered a tech who was already doing someone else’s nails and therefore, would have paused and inconvenienced your other client’s services if I said yes to accepting the already-busy tech. That is incorrect customer service. Again, no problem if you couldn’t take me as a walk-in, but say that instead of having my feet soak for 30 mins. Glad I went to the nail salon 10 mins from here instead, who was incredibly kind, and wonderful quality!
