David waited on us and knew his products. In our case it was a motorized recliner. He helped us try several and made some helpful observations. Our recliner is being delivered only five days from purchase. ?

We've used La-Z-Boy several times of the past few years for furniture and decorations. We have also used Amazon and others. We have always found that La-Z-Boy quality of furniture is much better than what we've gotten in other places. They even have a professional service team that will come to your house and provide you full room workups to make sure the furniture you are looking to get works properly in your rooms "free of charge!". Recommend them fully.

The employee helping us was friendly, quick to answer questions, show examples and provided great support while closing the sale. The selection was wonderful for recliners and other furniture with a well sorted fabric area. The store itself is getting dated but we are seeing this all over. No rating on the actual furniture yet due to an extended delivery estimate based on our fabric selection. Would shop there again.

We had a great experience here. Lots of options and there was no high pressure selling involved at all. We got quick assistance once we were ready and the purchase was smooth and easy. Top notch visit.

I was looking for a recliner, and ended up purchasing one. Everyone was very helpfull, and this review is not about everyone. The guys that came to deliver my chair were excellent. The reason for this 3 stars is due to the manager, upon finding out that I had written a book on a subject we both like, asked for a signed copy that I had with me. He said he had no cash (not sure about that) and promised to send money to my account. He did not, and I asked again, and he promised to pay me. He did not. So, basically, after my good natured offer to let him send me the money, he stole the book. This is not about the money but the principle, and the fact that promised broken will come back to haunt you. Again, EVERYONE else was great.

I paid the extra care cost, and they promised to apply Scotch Guard on my couch, but it was not.And they keep trying to convince me that it was applied. I have other fabrics with water repellent applied, and I know what they do.

I took my uncle here to find a recliner. We worked with Hope. By far, Hope is one of the best customer service persons I have ever worked with. Hope is well informed. She absolutely knows her product. She is patient. She is kind. Hope looks you in the eye and explains everything you need to know about the product in understandable language and pace. She answered every question. She was thorough in explaining the contract. The chair was delivered exactly as promised on the very day and on time. The delivery guys were wonderful. I definitely recommend this store and will return. I also spoke with Jesse on the phone and she was great too!

David did a great job helping us through the recliner options we had, explaining our fabric options, and being patient as we made our selections. Store had a bunch of floor demos which made the decision that much easier. Great shopping experience.

Sterling store has deceiving, dishonest sales practices. I was told that I have 3 days to change my mind to return the recliner. The $1,695 leather recliner was just delivered 10 minutes ago, on 8/5/23 and it is very uncomfortable, it hurts my back and I feel like sliding towards the floor. I imediately called the Sterling store and they refused to take it back by saying now that I had 3 days from the date I purchased the recliner on 7/30/23, not 3 days after the item is actually delivered, today 8/5/23! Really? Why would I change my mind before receiving the item? Then they blamed me, the customer, saying that since I tried the floor cloth model sample in the store, I cannot say now that the leather recliner delivered to my house is not comfortable. Well, the recliner I actually recived is not comfortable for me, it hurts my back, I cannot use it.And, again, Elena, the sales person at the time of sale clearly told me I "have 3 days to change my mind". The Sterling store mnager now says that there is a 30% restocking fee to have the recline exchanged, not refunded. NOBODY disclosed there is a restocking fee when I purchased the recliner from Elena, the sales person. The 30% restocking fee has never been disclosed at the time of sale, or I would have never purchased from this store. However, I was clearly advised that they would match the price with their "lowest price guarantee" if I see a lower price advertised within 30 days. Well, I see on Wayfair.com a price $240.00 less than what I paid, but the La-Z-Boy store refuses to even consider matching the price. I will reach out to the La-Z-Boy HQ, to BBB, and post my negative experience with the dishonest sale practioces of the Sterling store employees on every website to warn buyers of the completely deceiving practices at the Sterling La-Z-Boy store. Buyer beware!!!

Our experience to buy a recliner was simple and easy. Our previous La-Z-Boy recliner is 15 years old and still in good shape. We needed a new color. Highly recommend this brand.

The representative had all of our account information ready when he returned our call. He took our order of a recliner, took our payment information and scheduled delivery in under 15 minutes. It was a terrific experience and I highly recommend them.

I wanted to share my experience with the La-Z-Boy furniture store. Firstly, I must commend the delivery team for their excellent service. They were respectful and efficiently carried out their tasks. However, there was an issue during the delivery that was directly related to something the designer had told us. We were informed by the designer that we could request the delivery team to move our existing furniture to the basement. However, when we made the request, the delivery team politely explained that they were not liable for such tasks. I completely understand their position, as they have their specific responsibilities. What I can not understand is why someone from the furniture store would provide incorrect information to customers.To address this concern, I called the store and spoke to the sales manager of the store that we got our furniture from. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales manager was disappointing. She lacked respect and abruptly ended the conversation by hanging up on me. Her exact words were, 'I have a customer and don't have time to talk to you.'Overall, I appreciate the delivery team's professionalism and dedication to their job. However, I am disappointed by the inaccurate information provided by the designer and the disrespectful behavior of the sales manager.
