Online stated the rain jacket I wanted was available in store for pickup that day so I went to buy it and it wasn't there. I was disappointed. I looked around and did find a different jacket but it wasn't the same one I wanted and it cost over $100.more than advertised. So misleading. I am truly disappointed. I usually like Kohls.

I goto Kohl's often when returning Amazon products and I always have the pleasure of running into Gwen. She probably processes hundreds of orders a week and she's always in good spirits and efficient! Always happy to pay a visit to customer service at this location. Thank you Gwen!

The store is very clean and has two levels. I appreciate the clearance racks aren't ransacked like at other Khols. Katheryn who works at Customer Service upstairs is AMAZING. She went out of her way to help me with my purchase as well as made my Amazon return easy. Her calming and professional nature really made my day. Thank you Katheryn!
