My military move was one of the best I have ever had in 22 years of service. Al and his team were great from pickup and pack out to delivery and setup at the new location. The courteous and well-mannered nature of both crews that ** hired to help him was absolutely stellar. I thought **'s handling of this military move was superior. The organization, timeliness, and personable attitude presented by ***************** specifically contributed to the positive experience.

JK Moving made our move from Denver to Galveston easy and efficient. The support staff at JK Moving is A+++. You have a dedicated coordinator who checks in with you every step of the way. Brand, who created our estimate was amazing. The estimate was transparent and easy to understand. There is no price gauging or surprises with the cost and the price was very fair for the excellent service they provided. The moving team in Denver was incredible. Troy, Jerry, Jake, and Jessica were hard-working, kind, and efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend JK Moving!

We have used JK Moving two times over the years Their quotes were very accurate in both instances. Our December 2023 recent move was long distance and involved several JK moving crews who were all well trained Their customer service was outstanding. They took excellent care of our furniture and goods. In particular, we had my wife's original irreplaceable, paintings, as well as a valuable artist, hand painted cabinet purchased years ago.Our JK Moving team expertly prepared these items for shipment, transported them, and delivered them on time. The moving crew arrived on time and maintained the delivery schedule They were professional and answered every question we had Everything arrived on time without any damage.Lastly, the JK team kept us fully informed every step of the way by telephone and text.I would recommend JK Moving without hesitation.

I had a good experience with them in the past but ended up not proceeding with them when trying to book a recent move. Immediately after I submitted my quote I started getting calls, texts, and emails that I'm not able to distinguish if are legitimate or scams. I would get calls from different numbers with JKMoving as the caller id, but when I would pick up there wasn't an actual person on the line and it seemed like they were trying to collect my voice data. I can't say for sure if this was the case or JK just uses a lot of robot calls, but I was getting 5 of these calls a day and this was after I had already connected with their sales team to start on a quote. Additionally they used third party websites that I have no way a verifying are legitimate or not. These issues drove me away from considering them.

Beware of JK Moving!! "What matters most to you, matters most to us" is merely their slogan. My husband and I hired JK Moving assuming that a large national moving company with almost 500 employees and $300 million in annual revenues would be able to implement a fairly simple, local 18 mile move without the horrific process that ensued. My travertine marble table top was shattered and the crew refused to remove debris from the broken table thereafter. Every piece of our bedroom furniture was dented, dinged or scratched. My grandmother's china, our crystal, and Thanksgiving platter was shattered despite boxes that were clearly marked "fragile" and "priceless". Every move is challenging but this one was especially so!!! When my husband and I proceeded to file a claim, the JK Moving Claims department refused to share the amount or extent of their proposed insurance reimbursement unless we waived our right to dispute the American Express charge. Nevertheless, we decided to do so given the excessive amount of property damage, lack of professional oversight of the moving crew, and the lack of transparency by J.K.'s claim processing team. Unfortunately, American Express advised that a legal process would be necessary as this was considered a "tort claim".Despite $15,000 insurance that we purchased from JK Moving, we ultimately received a proposed settlement of $499 months later. Following extensive correspondence with the claims department and then the general manager, we received an additional $300. We never received credit for the 2 1/2 hours we were overcharged for including: 1 hour for the crew's lunch, 1 hour for their failed attempt to reassemble our bed which they ultimately damaged, and a 30-minute call by the crew to their supervisor at the conclusion of the move. The general manager confirmed that a credit would be forthcoming and then later reneged. His final response was that my credit card dispute "caused complications regarding the refund process....and based on all our records, these credits and debits to and from your account are complete." Not so! My second American Express dispute is now pending.I would strongly suggest that you hire another moving company!!

Efficient, well organized, respectful, friendly. Proactive, easy to reach, quick to respond. Accurate, fair quote, easy payment. They helped me move two households from Texas to North Carolina. I called on Friday. They came early Monday morning as promised, wrapped and loaded within just a few hours, and safely delivered and carefully unloaded Thursday morning.

Certainly had the A Team for our move. Guys did a fabulous job with everything arriving in great condition. Had one large bookcase that couldn’t go down the stairs so they levered it off the balcony! Very friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to work with! Exceeded our expectations.

I engaged JK Moving Services to facilitate my daughter and her boyfriend's relocation from Cincinnati to Virginia. I had the chance to use them a few years ago but didn't, a decision I later regretted. According to my daughter, the movers were pleasant, polite, and impressively efficient, handling heavy furniture with ease. While JK originally provided a delivery estimate of Saturday, the items arrived a day earlier. The final cost exceeded the initial estimate, primarily due to the extensive packing they performed. My only concern with them is communication; the movers didn't call when en route to their apartment or during the delivery. They seemed to assume that someone would be present to receive the items. However, overall, it's a great company with friendly personnel and 24-hour service. What's not to like? I would certainly turn to them again if the need arises.

I chose JK to facilitate my daughter and her boyfriend's move from Cincinnati to Virginia. I had the opportunity to use them a few years ago but didn't, and I regretted it. My daughter reported that the movers were not only nice and polite but also performed exceptionally fast, handling heavy furniture with ease. JK initially stated that the delivery wouldn't occur until Saturday, but it arrived a day earlier. The cost ended up being higher than expected, primarily due to the extensive packing they undertook. My main issue with them was their communication. The movers didn't provide updates on their way to the apartment or during the delivery. They seemed to assume that you'd be there waiting for them. However, they are a great company with friendly people and offer 24-hour service. What's not to like? I will certainly use their services again if the need arises.

Not sure if this is appropriate to post, but they quoted me over $5,000 compared to 5 other companies who came in at $2,500 - $3,100. Honestly it just seemed like the job was too small and they didn't want it, which...that's fair but why not just say that to begin with and save us both time? Shame because they have really good service reviews, but that price difference is insane.
