Doreen helped me pick out the ring about a month ago and Jaz checked me out today, they were both very kind and helpful. If you are one to be a little indecisive these two are very patient and understanding with their customers. Came in to have my wife and I rings cleaned and inspected in addition to her Diamond earrings. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. The associate I was working with was new but that didn’t stop her from doing a great job tending to me.

Maya was amazing! My boyfriend and I came in an hour before closing and left with an engagement ring & an extra gift for him. She showed me several options and we decided on a ring I didn’t think I would want to try on. She was honest, thorough, and efficient during this process. Thank you, Maya!! We recently visited this Jared location and were greeted by the best saleswoman, Ms. Kris Smith. My fiancé and I have been searching for the perfect wedding band for our upcoming nuptials. We live in Maryland so we went to this specific location because we saw online they had a particular wedding band that my fiancé was very interested in. Ms. Kris really took her time to get to know us, what we were looking for, and really made our experience enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about the questions we had about the ring sizing and metal materials. We have had some really terrible shopping experiences on our journey to find the perfect wedding bands, but Ms. Kris really exceeded our expectations for our experience. We will surely consider coming back to this specific Jared for any future jewelry needs! :)

I can not recommend this place more. The people there are amazing and very caring. My girlfriend and I stopped in to look at engagement rings and we came across Samir. Samir made our experience unforgettable and I could never thank him enough. He helped my girlfriend first looking at rings and the first one he had picked out and she put on we all said that was the one. It was beautiful. Long story short, Samir and I had contact immediately after that and I knew I wanted that exact ring. Samir had the ring ready within a week since I am not from the area. The sweetest man I had ever meet and his excitement for us was so heartwarming. I can not write enough words in this box to tell you how grateful my now Fiancee and I are for Samir. He will always be remembered in our little love story.

While browsing in the store, Hameed was such a big help! He is a very kind and educated person who helped elevate our experience even better. If I wasn’t sure of something he wasn’t hesitant to help us. Hameed was very welcoming and made the whole diamond purchasing process smoother and less stressful when finding a diamond ring. When you come in the store, ask for Hameed he is the guy to go too!
