Beware their return policies. Certain types of jewelry are not returnable. I specifically asked the lady who I purchased from if everything I bought was returnable. She assured me it was. When I came back the employee who was working said 1/2 the items I had purchased were not returnable. And by the way, there is no way to tell if something falls in that category unless you know the special codes on the price tag. So if the sales rep lies to you, good luck knowing whether your pieces are returnable. Fortunately, the employee who helped me with my return did in fact return my unwanted items even though she wasn't supposed to. Kudos to her. Boo to the other employee and to Icings unfathomable policies. Will not shop there again except under duress.

Employee with glasses and Apple Watch was extremely rude and unhelpful. Just go to Clair’s. Same place but overpriced.

Everyone BEWARE of this business. Old lady with bad makeup and glasses denied me of a refund when my purchase was made LESS than 10 days ago, receipt and credit card that was used. Her excuse was that the last 4 numbers on the receipt didn't match my physical card. That is because I used APPLE PAY and apple changes the last 4 digits of card when used!!! I work retail and see this all the time, It's common knowledge, GOOGLE IT! She insisted I must've used another card when I SHOWED her my transaction on my phone/bank statement. I told her I could just use my apple pay again for refund but she said that I must have the physical card with me WHICH I DID BUT THE NUMBERS ARE BOUND TO BE DIFFERENT. I know business must be low at this establishment but c'mon this is low. Stealing peoples money smh. STAY AWAY.

I believe her name was Sandra, at Icing, and she was amazing! Not only was she professional, she was fantastic and reassuring with my child, she was thoughtful, fast and I would recommend getting ears pierced (ear lobes) here.

I had the same bad experience as the other two customers. Went to return the item as we opened the package for the phone case it was chipped we went back - immediately to return the item. The manager was so rude she did not want to return the item. The receipt does not carry a return policy. She asked for my drivers licence which not required when returning goods. Do shop at this location you will be disappointed.

I had a terrible experience there recently. I paid with cash, but I was preoccupied with my kids and walked out the store without noticing that the manager hadn't given me my change back. I came back once I realized, probably 10 mins later, only to have the manager adamantly say she had given me the money then say I'd spent the money, and end with saying I must have dropped it outside. Now, I realize it's hard to take my word, but that's why they have cameras (which she said she didn't have time to check). She finally have me my change, after realizing she wasn't going to get rid of me without definitive proof, while saying not to lose it this time. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't a lot of money but it was the principle after her rude attitude. Needless to say, I won't be darkening their door again.

I had a Horrible experience trying to exchange items that came free with the buy 3 get 3 free service. Cashier refused to exchange the free item even though I was keeping the items I paid for and I had the receipt. It would be ridiculous to bring all 6 items if I I wanted to do an even exchange for one. Nothing on the receipt reflected that policy. In any case, wouldn't be buying anymore items from there again.
