Love this place. Good, honest, and quality work. Victor is always hustling, staying in touch, keeping things moving and always trying to do the right thing for his customers. Highly recommend this shop for taking care of your vehicles.

Absolutely phenomenal!!Continuous communication with Vic and the team through throughout the whole service!We brought my wife's track car in for new tires and a wheel alignment. The Team took care of everything to include a custom/non-standard wheel alignment for the track. (Not many other shops will do this). The car is running great and everything that was done was rock solid and made the car perform better and more importantly, safer!! Thanks and will be back for future work!!

Honest Tom's did my oil changes for two years and I was satisfied. Then they got weird during 2021. Shop guys said this was what they were told to do. You would pull up and they insisted you would have to leave your car and they would drive me home and then come pick me up when the oil change was finished. There was one person in front of me when they told me this. All of this for a 20 minute oil change? I wasn't having that and went elsewhere.I gave them another shot a few months later...afterwards I said never again. Ownership/management is "out of touch". Marketing emails came, I'd opt out...only to be ignored. Three months ago, they re-cycled my email and when you go to unsubscribe...it malfunctions. I wrote an email stating I was willing to let by-gones be by-gones., but if I were to get another email from them...I would start writing reviews about this out of touch business.

Tech advisors are great but.....Car would click once when attempting to start. Bought a starter in case that was the issue from the same supplier they use. I was charged a diagnostic fee to rule out possible minor things prior to changing any major parts. Hours later I'm told the starter is the issue but my part cannot be used as they don't accept customer part (fair, it's their rules). So they proceed to upcharge me almost $100 EXTRA for the same part. On my way to pick up the car they call me and tell me they noticed stuffed wire inside the battery fuse box and highly recommended I replace it with them. When i said no they became extremely adamant I do not take the car out without it being replaced. Since I was skeptical I took the car home but went to the dealer and purchased the part which was cheap and easy to replace. When I got home after a 30 min drive the car would not turn on and experienced the same issue as before. I went ahead and replaced the battery fuse box and boom, immediately turned on and has been everytime. After watching a few videos I quickly learned the issue should have easily been found with a proper diagnostic. The next morning i asked for the part back and was told it was not available. What I believe happened was they did not do a diagnostic, replaced a working started and then realized that wasn't the issue and her not HONEST nor take ownership of their mistake. Me getting home and replacing a $41 part that FIXED the issue vs over $700 i was charged that solved nothing is what drove me to write this review.

Needed a safety inspection; and they charged same as everyone else, but passed my tires, which failed at a national chain the day before. I suspect they have 10-20k more miles on them, but a competitor of their failed me.While waiting, I was watching the mechanics, salespeople, etc., interacting w/ themselves and customers. Very professional. Very interactive with customers.From the road they look small, but the visible front building is less than a third of the total shop area.They also have a drive-thru car wash. My wife works a quarter mile from them, and we live a mile from them. No more driving 20 minutes to a car wash. Sadly, they do not have good signage- After driving by them for ten years I didn't know about the car wash, or that they did inspections. They gotta up their signage game.

I had a dmv appointment and needed my emissions done . Vick was super friendly and really helped me make my appointment on time before DMV closed. I came back after I was done and now getting a oil change. This is my new spot for my car. Appreciate the hospitality.Service: Oil change

When you have completed the inspection, if they reject your car , they don't specify which area they rejected because they want you to get it repaired at their place, I used Mr Tire or Virginia Tire if they reject your car , they will tell you all the details and give you a quote if you want to get it fixed.

VERY DISHONEST TOM. I called to ask them how much would cost a break replacement on a Ford Escape. They did not even see the car. The answer was immediately $2,000. Which is a shame. Why? He should have detailed that ENOURMOUS price and justifiy it. But as I am a woman, he thought I was easy to fool. I ain't. I called the Ford dealer. The head of the service department (Mike, a great referral in Sterling Koon Ford) explained to me that it would cost me $190 for each break pad, and that it was essentially necessary on the front wheels, unless my breaks are in really bad shape. They re not. He added that if my car needed new blockroaders, it would cost me a total amount (pads include) of $575. Almost a qurter of Dishonest Tom's estimate.

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. For major repairs they have loaner cars, a very nice touch for an independent service facility. I've always liked the independents, because they only get customers because of their reputation. Dealers get customers who they sell cars to. Dealers make their profit from service, not sales. Independents do too, but usually at better rates. HT excells at that, and charges no more than dealers for parts. Way less for labor.
