The home Depot is reliable no matter where in the country you shop for home repair products and supplies. Even if you just running in for a few screws, some cleaning products and some paint, you can't go wrong. Most home depots have helpful staff, some knowledgeable people about home repairs, and a large assortment of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related supplies.

I rent a truck on Saturday 24 went to return truck girl at the customer service went to inspect the truck and just went home without saying you return is done just left me there waiting for like 20 min so rude to do that to a customer horrible service

I don't often write reviews, but I had to share how wonderful the employees are at this Home Depot. Ashley in the paint department has been incredibly helpful with a few paint and project ideas this year. Every time I go to the paint department she is thoughtful to every customer giving them recommendations and advice. The other day I was in the store showing her my latest results with the Behr products she recommended. Thank you Ashley you are a rockstar!

Mehran has helped me with ordering window blinds twice now, and he's genuinely a fantastic and friendly guy. Always takes the time to share his thoughts and provides useful advice. I was surprised he remembered me since I last saw him in early 2021

Came here looking to purchase and install a storm door. No one available to assist me, so I ended up going to Lowes and was able to have an associate help me with the purchase and installation process. I ended up purchasing the door from them.

The curbside delivery and customer service desk at this location are absolute trash...if you check in for a curbside pickup order, I'd suggest also calling them directly (and be prepared to call back multiple times after being hung up on) because they seem to not monitor the curbside delivery system whatsoever. Otherwise you'll sit around for over 30 minutes wondering when they'll finally come out with the order (they won't)

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Home Depot. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the store to find exactly what I needed for my DIY project. The store was well-organized, making it easy to locate items. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive prices. Had the most amazing appliance salesman yesterday named Rick! He was very knowledgeable of all the appliances and made sure we were happy with our purchases. We will definitely drive to this location for future purchases.

Always easy to get in/out and rarely crowded. This is my go-to for all my home improvement needs. The prices are good, brands great, and the self checkout is amazing.

I placed an order on line for store pickup. I wasn't able to pick it up in 7 days, Sterling Home Depot did not extend the hold, cancelled my order but showed the order as being picked up and didn't process the refund! I called right away, they said "sorry, we will correct that and process a refund". A week later I called again, and the order still appeared as being picked up and no trace of a refund initiated. It is the second time it happened that Sterling Home Depot unilaterally cancelled my order but didn't process the refund of hundreds of dollars! I see that after this second call the refund receipt was finally emailed to me, but showing their cancelled orders as picked up and not processing refunds until repeated phone call, is dishonest!

Very disappointed to see the handicapped parking in the gardening section is STILL blocked off. The parking spots are not being used, they are just blocked off preventing access.It's easier to shop somewhere else that doesn't require me to walk a half-mile to purchase soil/plants. And cheaper!

This Home Depot is struggling to find and keep employees like all other retail businesses. However, unlike the employees at the Sterling Lowes, Home Depot's employees try to do their best to help customers and when they can't, they'll tell you they're new there and get you somebody who can. This happened to me during my last visit and I ended up dealing with Marcus in plumbing who is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I am sure that the new employees will be trained adequately and as they gain experience will be able to help more and more people independently.

Went to the self checkout to purchase an item. The register didn't read my chip on 2 of my credit cards, a sale rep standing behind me stated that my chip on my credit card was bad and walked away without offering assistance. I went to another register and it did read my original chip on my credit card. When I walked up to the same sales rep and waved my receipt and stated it wasn't my chip on my credit card, the machine card reader was the issue, He just ignored me. I could have walked out the store without purchasing this item and this sale rep wouldn't care. This is what happens when you hire high school kids.

customer service is really bad. Nobody came to help us after asking several times. We ended up leaving!!
