Had an emergency where my older American Bulldog got an infection and became super lethargic. I was panicking on Sunday to get her seen. Dr Syam made the time to get her in last minute notice. They treated her immediately with medicine and with compassion. She’s been recovering quickly. If you’re looking for someone who will give you peace of mind and get your pet the they help they need, definitely come to Dr. Syam and his staff.

The vet assistant Lesley is so sweet and kind. My issues is with management and the way this company handled things is very unprofessional and the Dr yells in front of the employees . I wouldn’t want to bring my pets here if that is the treatment towards the staff.

My cat experienced a rapid decline and required immediate care. While Heritage Animal Hospital performed basic tests, I felt the urgency of the situation wasn't addressed effectively. A promised referral for a neurologist, was just an empty promise that had never been implemented after the numerous follow-ups the day prior and the day of the neurologist visit. Causing additional stress and heart ache.
For critical pet emergencies, I recommend seeking immediate care at an emergency animal hospital. To be sent home in a condition where he is clearly suffering, and said "go to the ER if he gets worse" or "he needs to see a neurologist" where there was none available was just not helpful at all. We should have gone immediately to the ER and been turned down. To be fair, this was apparently a very unusual case, but when you get an unusual case, they should be treated more urgently because it is not predictable.

I just had great first experience here! I needed my cat to be seen urgently on a Saturday and they got me in right away. Dr. Syam and Sydney were both so caring and gentle with my kitto (and with me!). I will be switching to Heritage for good with all 3 of my kittos. Thank you Dr. Syam and Sydney!

UPDATE: I got the names mixed up between this hospital and the emergency hospital I ended up going to for several days so I am changing my review! I visited Heritage when my dog first presented symptoms of being sick. Heritage was able to squeeze him in at the end of the day and run much needed tests on him. They were very fast and efficient! I would definitely use them again for my neighborhood needs, also because they have very good hours in general.

I came in with a stray cat I found that was in bad shape. They made her a priority and were able to get her in right away when all the other vets did not have appointments for days. They spent a good portion of the day making sure her injuries were cared for and she received her initial vaccines. They partner with the local animal rescue HART and provide exceptional care to animals in need.

A great experience overall. This was our first time using Heritage Animal Hospital for our young dog. I called in a few weeks ago to ask about pricing for a dental cleaning. The techs and front desk receptionists were both kind and helpful. They answered any and all questions that I had prior to the procedure. My dogs cleaning was successful and easy. Check in and check out were hassle free. We are happy with the services provided and highly recommend them.

Came to Heritage Animal Hospital after doing some Google searches and calling about prices, and couldn’t have had a better experience. I’ve been to many vets in the past, but this was the best I’ve been to. Lesley the assistant was SO sweet to me and my dog, walked me through the different vaccines my dog needed, and was very transparent about how much my visit would cost prior to doing anything. I really appreciated that!
Dr Syam was the most caring vet I’ve ever met. You could tell he truly loves animals, and the lengths he went to gain my dog’s trust was truly amazing. Thank you!

My dog was bitten by another dog at a dog park, and I contacted Heritage Animal Hospital for help. Dr. Hamid Moghal was incredibly kind and accommodating, seeing us immediately, even though it was after hours and we arrived last minute. I am beyond grateful for his quick response and excellent care for my dog's wounds. Dr. Moghal's knowledge and concern for my pup's well-being were evident, and I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a veterinarian who genuinely cares for their pets.

I’m so happy to have found this place. My cat had a weird skin condition that was causing itchiness and flakes and they were able to see me the same day I called. When I got there everyone was super welcoming and I was led to the room where the Lesley and Dr. Syam checked her and offered me an immediate solution while we waited on test results. As an anxious cat mom I called back to ask way too many questions but Lesley double checked everything with Dr. Syam and gave me all the reassurance and answered I needed. Lunita is getting better and her skin has improved so much, I’m happy that I haven’t had to take her back but I’ve been able to email Dr. Syam with pictures of her problem areas so he can make sure she’s on the right track to recovery.
This place is super helpful, super clear with prices and willing to work with you to make sure your pet gets the best and quickest treatment.

This place is a blessing and I cannot describe my gratitude and how much of an honor it was for us to take our dog to this Doctor. He did everything he could and just when we thought 3yrs ago that it was time, he was agile and moving around again. Took us in for our pup’s chronic ear infection after another vet canceled our appointment one hour before. Front desk girls were very helpful, as was the vet himself. Took time to check our puppy with love and patience. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
