This is my first time to Harris teeter looks nice with lots of produce and items but doesn’t seem very busy with a kind of location it deserves to get more customers.

This place has gone down hill. Been going here for 7 years. Always a long wait to checkout, bad produce, no hand baskets. Lazy employees. Terrible manager. They need a real leader running the people here. I go to Wegmans and Giant 99% of the time now. Sad.

Had an amazing interaction with Sandra at checkout who completely changed my opinion of shopping here. I deal with a lot of things that cause in-person shopping to feel super daunting but all of it went away just with the special way that Sandra seems to treat everyone. Not everyone has this and no it is not something you can learn from corporate-produced training videos. She is valuable and I truly hope she as seen as an important asset to this location and business.

I love it here, especially the pharmacy....they are all great. If I had to nitpick though, they are ALWAYS out of hand baskets.

Came on night of April 17 around 10:07pm, 50 minutes before closing. Lo and behold, they closed an hour earlier for “specialized floor cleaning.” They could’ve easily changed hours on Google for that day. Instead, people wasted their time going. Why do they even need an extra hour for floor cleaning? I’m sure the seven hours they’re normally closed would suffice. Saw countless other people park and walk up to see that it was in fact closed. I let a few people know to save them the time. Same thing happened with a nearby location just 4 days prior.
