Sandy, it's interesting that you think I am the only unhappy customer, not true. There are other 1 star reviews due to your "arrogant, and dismissive owner," written in the other 1 star reviews.Sadly, you missed the following facts: 1) you had my car for 3 weeks with an appointment already scheduled; 2) my husband called to get the final cost for the repairs and agreed; 3) the owner told my husband, "I don't feel like working on your car anymore come get it." 4) He cursed at my husband who was a returning customer, after having serviced our Mercedes SUV several times.I wish I could tell my customers I don't want to work on their problem anymore, if I did I would be fired! We could have taken it to a dealer but, sadly after servicing our other Mercedes my husband wanted you all to get the business. Won't happen again.You lost us as well as the other paying customers who wrote bad reviews.Maybe you need to stop overbooking, just a thought.

I used their service for my Mercedes Benz SUV for an oil leak for which I already had an estimate from the dealership. They did it for one third of that. Since then, I’ve always taken my car to them. They are polite, friendly and explain the problem without any add ons. I can trust them.Service: Air conditioning

Without a doubt, Great Falls Auto is the best shop around. The mechanics are excellent. Both the mechanics and the service managers have always taken the time to clearly explain what the issues are. I have always brought my Grand Cherokee and Range Rover to them for routine service and other issues that have come up. Range Rovers are infamous for mechanical/electrical bugs. Prior to discovering GF Auto I had taken my Rover to the dealer a few times (they always seem to find phantom issues) it cost me a king's ransom. Just a few weeks ago I brought my Rover to GF because I had warning light on dash that I was unsuccessful in diagnosing and I was ready for an oil change. They explained that my Tire Pressure Monitor had malfunctioned and they easily were able to reset it. I was charged only for my routine oil change. When find a high quality mechanic shop that is trustworthy and honest...I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Overall this place is great. They are honest and their pricing is reasonable. They talk through issues so you don't feel like you get caught off guard at the last minute. They're relatively easy to get a time slot with, but you might have to wait a day or two depending on the scope of the work you need done. I've been very happy with them through my multiple experience. The only thing I am disappointed about is they aren't open on weekends. In this region so many people work Monday through Friday, they're missing a huge opportunity for weekend business. I've had to take my car to the dealer for a basic oil change just because they were open. I'd much rather take my business to Great Falls Auto.

Arrangements made to bring in. Man was totally dismissive and rude. Told me having my engine light on would not even try emissions. I was there to diagnose the reason for the light. Make an appointment and come back another day. I made an appointment and I am here, today. Guess what? No.

My first time getting my car done here. It is simply wonderful. Great service, fair pricing, and fast. I dropped it off in the morning and needed my car for work by 1pm. They delivered it. Rich and Stefan are just sweet and helpful. I'll definitely come back and brag to friends.

I took my car to Great Falls Auto. I wanted to change my rear brake pads and I was charged $880. I called the dealership for the same service and I was charged $215. Please double check the prices and get a second opinion if your choose to use Great Falls Auto. Felt like I had to share my experience.

Very dishonest business practices and take legal advantage of customer. Went there to have a customization to my grill and and the knocked off my sensor causing issues that it never had and refused to fix it.
