Glass Door is the first salon I've ever visited twice (since my first experience there with Noah was SO great)- and for good reason!! A bit of a tomboy, I need my hair to be low maintenance and easy to turn into something polished. Mel gave me a lob that was PERFECT. Layers to keep it light and fresh for the summer, thinned out on the bottom so when I air dry, it has a great shape, and face framing pieces- I wasn't sure exactly what length, and she gave me great guidance based on my face shape. She was friendly, professional, and clearly well trained- for me, Glass Door set a new high bar for salons.

Love this salon! Everyone is very nice here and they always do a great job. Anna was very sweet and gives an amazing head massage. My stylist, Heather, gave me a great cut and blowout, and so many great tips for blowdrying my hair at home!!

Updating my review from 3 years ago! After moving and looking for a new stylist closer to home, I realized this place is where I belong :D Everyone here is so welcoming and helpful. Tatiana does an incredible job with my color and Noah makes me feel like a million bucks every time I sit in his chair. I have an unconventional haircut, and every time Noah knocks it out of the park. Thank you all so much. You're worth the slightly longer drive <3

Got my haircut for $49 with a level two artist. She cut my hair completely dry and did not make an effort to part my hair down the middle from the start of the session. She offered to wash my hair but said to dry and style it would be an extra $15. I left the salon with sopping wet hair.

I went to Glassdoor Salon for the first time today because one of my friends highly recommended the salon and Heather. So glad I went! Heather is amazing and very knowledgeable at such a young age and super friendly! I will definitely be coming here and seeing Heather from now on! This is hands down one of the best haircuts I've ever had!

I have been coming to the Glass Door Salon since it opened! Suzy, the owner, has been doing my hair for 15 years! She is the absolute BEST! I LOVE how expertly Suzy does my blonde highlights. I always get compliments on my hair. The salon has a welcoming and warm atmosphere, and has some of the BEST music playing in the background, too!! It’s the little details like great music, and a friendly staff that make me want to keep coming back here. I have long fine curly hair that can be challenging to wash after I get my highlights. The staff at Glass Door Salon know how to give my hair the special attention it needs and it makes all the difference. I love coming here and would highly recommend that you give the salon a try.

Amazing service! Noah is so talented and so knowledgeable about hair. I asked for a unique service & teaching session and he far surpassed my expectations. Glass door is my salon go-to from now on. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to leave a negative review cause my haircut was ok (I emphasize ok) even though it took an incredibly long time because my stylist was juggling another lady's highlights and was just generally slow. However, there were some really not ok things about my visit. The main reason I chose Glassdoor Salon was because reviews mentioned private room which I use because I cover my hair with a hijab, according to Islamic tradition. They no longer have a full private room but use a partition. Not perfect but fine. Better than nothing... What really got me was when I was told by my stylist that the reasons they no longer have a private room are because, one- it wasn't bringing in much extra business (valid reason, I suppose) and TWO, that most of the bad reviews for the salon were coming from the private room clients, because I quote- "As you know, Middle Eastern women have a lot of hair." I was so weirded out in that moment and frazzled since I'd been there so long and needed to get back to my baby that it didn't sink in until I got home. Offensive and super not cool invalidating a group of customers' experience and blaming them for poor service because of their hair type!?! Big yuck. I guess I'm just another complainy private room client... Won't be returning.

I went to Glass Door after my former stylist moved out of the area. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted and yet Noah knew exactly how to take the notes I gave and run! He gave me an amazing cut that not only does my hair feel so much healthier but I have gotten so many compliments! I will definitely be going back!

I was referred by neighbors on Next Door and Saturday was my appt. I was scheduled for a stylist that was unfortunately out sick on that day. Where most salons would just reschedule (and a month-long wait for my appointment would have been a waste), Suzanne still worked me in. Suzanne and Tatiana did my color/highlights and Noah did my haircut. I am not only happy they were able to take care of me, but am supremely happy with my color, highlights, and cut. They listened to my goals, now and for the future. Having curly hair is always tricky and I usually leave a salon dissatisfied with the amount cut (always too short). I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I will be back in 6-8 weeks!
