They never pick up the phone or if they do, they place you on a long hold. Always make you wait when you go to pick up medication. They need more staff. I would not recommend this place at all.

Why is the western union never working here they make me wait for like 20 mins and as soon as you ask them they say Oh No Its Not working especially every friday or Saturday. They dont even check to see. It like the 4th time this has happened they should have gotten it fixed by now

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The woman who “helped” me today was extremely rude. Honestly don’t understand how this pharmacy is even functioning. Rather go to another pharmacy and pay more then deal with their staff. Woman’s name was “Selma” sad to see staff being so rude…

When I called in my prescription I was told to pick it up later that day, only to find that not only did the pharmacists not have my prescription ready (or even at the location! They had to order it in to be ready the day after!) they had the details of my prescription entered wrong in their system, which is ridiculous considering that the correct details of my prescription are literally printed on the packaging for my medication. This is outrageous and I’m seriously considering switching pharmacies, if you have literally any other option then I strongly advise to get your prescription filled somewhere else.

Used to be a great pharmacy. Now they are always out of things, and have very little patience for customers. I blame management trying to squeeze more juice out of fewer workers.

The staff are so fun and kind I love making night trip over there. I moved around the area not too long ago and used to make night trips to get takis whenever I craved, but they never had the original only the new wave takis which was disappointing. But now they have them in stock so it's all good.

There's this creepy older fat man that's there at around 1130pm that seems to star at me when I scan my groceries. It's very uncomfortable. And I wish he would stop.

I don’t know what’s going on with this Giant, but the cost of food is outrageous and they don’t have much choices in stock anymore.Last night I bought 96 dollars worth of items, when I only purchased about 10 things, which would of usually cost maybe 45 and this was with my Giant Card.I know prices are soaring, but Food Lion, Safeway, Aldi, Lidl are able to keep their cost down. I spent $138 at Food Lion and had a cart full of groceries, which is reasonable.Giant needs to lower their prices, have more sales or they’re going to lose business. Their price range is like Wegmans and Whole food, without the quality of either store.

I'm not sure why I never reviewed the grocery store I have been frequenting for almost 30 years. My family stops here at least four or five times a week. I have always trusted the Giant brand, to include the fact it is one of the only union grocery chains left (cue the jingle "look for...the union label). Bonus buys, gas points, online discounts....this place has everything! This is not the fanciest store (or Giant) in the area, but it is the store where I've gotten to know a few of the long time employees, run in to my friends and neighbors and can find most items with a blindfold on (to be clear, I don't advocate shopping with a blindfold on). The prices are always reasonable, the produce and meat are always fresh and you don't have to feel stressed while shopping. During the peak of the pandemic, their curbside pick-up didn't markup the prices (looking at you Wegman's) and the service was amazing. The store is clean, comfortable and well lit. Most customers wear masks (bonus points) and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Having shopped in other "upscale" grocery stores (looking at you Wegman's), the meat prices are among the best around. I never feel like I am being up-sold or tempted to try the newest boutique items. Giant also has a "yellow tag" markdown system for items that are close to expiration, which I appreciate. We have dozens of grocery choices in this area of Fairfax County, but I always come back to the Giant. It's like the old friend that is always there for you when the new friend lets you down.

We have been using Towncenter Plaza Giant Pharmacy for years. They are very helpful and Kyle is really great , he always makes sure everything is taken care of!

To be clear this is for the Pharmacy. Granted it was about to close. But it was not closing time. I asked for my meds to be filled and the first thing she said was. Sorry it's almost 9. Nah. That did not sit right with me. If you are working in the medical field. You should put the patients first. I will be doing a follow up complaint with their general manager.
