“Staff was helpful with placing an order via phone. Annapolis store staff saved me from getting a sectional with fabric I would have hated as I had read the sample an ordered incorrect one. Sterling staff fixed the error for me. Only issue is advertising said 35% of and it ended up being only 32% which I still don’t understand.”
“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”

“I spent days shopping online for a replacement table top for my bar top table. It was going to cost me more to get a replacement than it would to buy a whole new table. I went to Lawn & Leisure and as soon as I walked through the door, Tom asked me what I was looking for and within a few minutes he showed me an extra table top they just happened to have in their warehouse. My lucky day! Too bad I wasted so much time looking online but I had done enough research to know that the deal Tom offered me was a good one. I can’t wait to get the table top!!
And an added bonus - they are going to measure my perfectly good chair frames that have split slings when they do the delivery so they can replace those too.

Everything still elevated compared to HomeGoods. It was still fairly expensive and did the “compare to $xxxx” that other home good stores do.”
“It was a pleasure working with Ms Abbe - in December I bought an L-shaped sofa sectional that I absolutely love and she was so helpful and helping me pick out the right color with the Right fabric and fabric protection and just this week I bought an ottoman that I absolutely love the whole look is gorgeous. She was professional, kind and attentive. Anytime I have needed anything she was always there willing to help and able to help”

“First be prepared to spend an entire day here. They are huge, idk they had 4 buildings. But the staff is really nice and attentive. It's not like a car's salesperson, where they are on top of you. They greet you and give you space and time to roam around and look. Suzanne and Kam were our 2 sales associates and they were both really good! They have really good pieces and prices in all 4 showrooms. Personally I liked the outlet because you can find some great stuff that is heavily discounted. We got our first home and didn't want to break the bank with a $5000 sofa. Also you can shop at all the showrooms together. We got a dining table + 6 chairs, sectional sofa, and mattress from the outlet and the bed set from the main showroom. Btw, go when you need to buy in bulk - they charge a flat shipping rate. And if you buy a mattress, shipping is free. Loved our experience and will be going back again.”

“Huge parking lot but so full. Inside, the store was still very busy Target after the Christmas rush. The store in the seasonal section was incredibly messy and Christmas sale items were ransacked. Thirty percent off candy is still not a good deal with their prices but they had gingerbread peeps, which I've never seen and couldn't resist. Self-checkout was surprisingly fast---no human interaction needed. I would come back to this Target.”

“Like alot of the businesses around here they chose not to give their cashiers any hours so we are left with sitting in lines for longer than we'd like. Not necessarily their fault.
It seems to be the new Norm in the area. It's the customers around that make me not wanna shop there during certain hours due to their impatience or frustrations. ( it's not the cashiers faults no need to be mean or rude!)
The self checkouts have hours when they are open and when they are closed.
The shelves are bare most days, and the store can be a little dirty too.
The customer service is, so so. Depending on who you're asking for help or who your cashier is. The curbside pick up can be a little difficult to deal with, because again, you'll be waiting a little longer than anticipated due to short staff.”
“I Always shop here! They have the cup holders attachment for the starbucks drink in the shopping cart. It does get busy at times but the staff are great at handling the crowd. Thia place is chill and I love shopping at this particular branch.”
