Delivery crew refused to install the appliance as scheduled and paid for. They were sloppy and rushed in their unboxing and cleanup; and they were disrespectful, rude, and abrupt in speaking to me. Terrible experience. I will not order an appliance from Home Depot or any other company if they are using FSA Logistix for delivery/installation.

Cannot agree more with the bad reviews of this delivery company. Also agree that a class action lawsuit needs to be filed against them. Ordered refrigerator with ice maker from Home Depot. When the FSA crew came with the new ref and tried to shut off the valve of the water line for the ice maker they twisted it too hard and caused the valve to leak. They wouldn't admit that they caused the leak (said it was an old line) and told us we need a plumber. They left without completing the installation including the ref's door handles. I called Home Depot and complained about the installation and the FSA crew told them that they never touched the valve. What a bunch of liars! We paid the plumber $850 for emergency repair of the valve/pipe and neither FSA nor Home Depot would take responsibility for it. Will never buy any appliance from Home Depot again because their delivery company (FSA Logistix) is the worst.

The worst customer expirence of my life. The delivery "kids" showed up to install a diswasher and indicated that they couldn't install the appliance becuase of a stuck valve under the sink. I then proceeded to work to get the value unstuck myself but as soon as I began the "kids" told me that they were leaving and that I was being unresponsive to thier questions. They spoke to both me and my wife in the rudest tone and in an absolutly disrespectful manner. There is no excuse for this. And the worst part is that this company is contracted by Home Depot to do installations. Unreal, I would give these guys negative 5 stars if I could.

Absolutely horrible experience. They refuse to answer their phone, so you can't actually schedule installation. Had to go with another company.
