Rushed to send an overnight package while driver was still there at the store for his last pick up for the afternoon. Neither he, nor the store associate were willing to help me send that package when all it would have taken was a couple of minutes to send it. Called the UPS store across the street and they were willing to hold their driver for me for to go ship the package, which I did.

I emailed my blueprints 1 hour ahead to have it printed out and ready to pick up in 30 minutes. I arrived 1 hour later and it's not printed and had to wait another 15 minutes to received it. What is the point of order ahead of time ..... time is money or some people.... I am one of them..

Sue at the copy print center works miracles as well as makes the customer feel like they’re not “just another customer in line”. All of the staff is welcoming. IF YOU NEED RUSH PRINTING email the store in advance and someone extremely professional and knowledge in the media arts like Sue will respond to help you immediately.

I have done a lot of business here but today I came in for a 42 page print job and was waiting in line with multiple people standing around waiting. Some guy walks right up on the side of me and the lady behind the desk took his request without even asking who’s next. Very disappointing! Prior to that I stood waiting my time, she asked who was next. When my term came she just took the first person standing there instead of asking who’s next so I just turned around and walked out. I never write bad reviews, but I am pissed off now.

Elizabeth was a great help with our project. We had quite a task doing some binders for a work project and she excelled in every aspect of her job. She had a smile on her face and the whole time and even stayed a bit late to finish the task. Great employee!

I had a good experience at this FedEx Centre. The lady behind the counter was polite and guided me with everything required for me to send a parcel.Place looked neat and clean and I was there when there wasn’t much rush.I had a pleasant experience at this location and would be coming back here when I need to ship.

I have been using FedEx for years they reliable. However, this is my first time in this location. The customer service the interaction I had with employee name Eva was horrible. First I ask her how much that sign, n I say I want smaller than that but bigger than that one n she keep say you tell me what size you want. I ask ok tell me the size you guys have between those two. She keep say tell what you want. She was very rude and ignorant. I sent her email with attachments to print a welcome sign. For some reason she treated me very poor. Definitely there is discrimination here. She say it didn’t came. I waited couple min, how about now she say nope. I say let me email you again she say no we just have to wait. N then she make phone calls n doing her other businesses. FYI the hole time I was with 3 month old baby crying. Then she say it came but the hole process of ordering given her my number was treating me like am there to beg for something. Every face she make the words she use she would say nope, ehhhhmmm, yep. I don’t if this okey to treat customers in here. Never seen this kind in any fedex before. FedEx need to something about this. Am definitely not going here anymore. UPS for sure.
