I was deeply impressed by how patient and polite Shane was as he helped me ship an important package. He guided me through the process, even started the entire entry as I made a mistake on the form and continued to assured me that it’s OK as he will fix it for me. Outstanding customer service ! Thank you Shane for your kindness and professionalism!

They don't have any costumer service, i spent 106 dollar's for regular pictures and he told me to pay for the plastic bag ,and when I asked him he told me the federal government made it to law. The pictures in the other hand they are not worth it 106 ,the size are off there is no way to describe it, so i want advise to any one.

The girls at this office are amazing. They helped me get to a representative quickly to dispute a charge. They are absolutely fantastic!!!

This was the absolute worst shipping experience I have ever had. Both the manager and the worker were acting as if I was wasting their time when I was asking for assistance shipping my package.I told them several times I don't ship very often and was cordial despite the terrible customer service.I asked for a price difference between utilizing a box and an envelope to which the worked maxe visible noises on not wanting to help me figure out the price difference to which I asked, "is it an issue for me to ask how much it costs to ship something?"I would never recommend this location for any shipping service, go to UPS or another location that respects their customers.

Not sure why this place is getting low star ratings. The ladies that work in here are kind and hilarious. They complete the tasks as fast as the equipment allows them.

The lady who's there early Friday morning is from heaven!This is just another FedEx office. However, the lady who was there working alone this morning at 0900 am (08/25/2023) is providing a superior level of customer service. Thank you so much so much for your help. Thank you so much for the friendly way you handled my issue, and thank you so much for being such a great human being!!!

Súper bad costumer service . I was there to print a form, but the self service machine wasn’t working so they had to print it in the front for me. The original total was 1.71$ for 6 sheets, but decided to charge me 2.99$ extra because they did it for me . I will never go back to this store again. The guy who was there in charge (George) wasn’t helpful at all . So I ended up paying more for them pressing a button than the actual product and all because their self service machine wasn’t working .

Occasionally we drop off a package to be shipped at this facility. The staff is really a tale of two cities. One woman whom I always see, I guess I'm lucky, is always upbeat, friendly, and willing to assist. Unfortunately, when my wife is dropping off a package she encounters another woman who is often curt and not very friendly.

I have been a FedEx Office customer for over 20 years. This was my second time at this location and the employee named Kym is very snarky, agitated, rude and extremely condescending! I was charged on my card for a service that I did not use and Kym behaved as if it was my fault that my USB would not work on any of the self-printers. Initially, Kym she could not reimburse me, but after she saw the print-out receipt and realized that my USB would not work on the machine, she knew that I was not lying, but she still had an attitude and complained about what she did not need to hear. After informing her for a "third time" that I was charged for a service that I did not used, but rather it was charged by another customer, she said "she used her own money" to reimburse me and went on to say she did not need this." (She used money from the cash register, so it was not "her money." Overall, Kym is substantially unprofessional, rude and apparently not happy with her job. I will inform corporate about her attitude because she is not fit for the job, or needs to participate in additional customer service training!

I was on a break and trying to quickly drop off a package at the store. The manager ignored me when I asked how much the box would cost, as I am not familiar with the prices since I do not go there often. When she finally took me to the register, it was a long wait. I tried to let her save face and said "My bad, I have to get back to work" and left the store, as she was taking a long time for a small task and not giving me any updates in a slow store. As I was leaving, she responded in a disrespectful manner, saying "yeah you're right it is your bad". This behavior was not acceptable and I wanted to leave a comment about it. Thank you.

I shipped a desktop computer and paid them to handle all packing. It was placed directly into a box and tossed into shipping. They didn't even use bubble wrap. It was destroyed. I should have known, because in office they were very rude and didn't allow me to see the packing methods. They basically took my item, money, and told me to leave. Really disappointed.

The lady behind the counter (Janice) got upset with us pointing out an error in the address she put on the label. She was arguing that the Suite # on the label doesn’t matter ??♀️. Not to mention that there were four employees and two customers but the service was taking a ridiculous amount of time.We ended up leaving and going to FedEx location at 47024 Harry Byrd, Sterling and it was a night and day difference! Just go to the Sterling location!

I've always had particularly good luck when asking FedEx to pack extremely fragile servers and network equipment. This was no exception and even on a weekday the place was extremely busy (1pm) due to its close proximity to a mall. There were at least 5 people ahead of me and all counters were opened. They have a hand cart in case you need to wheel some heavy items over.I had several pieces of equipment to ship and each one was nicely packaged for a 3 day FedEx Express Saver delivery. Usually when doing self-packing in the old days, I would have stuff come back with missing rack ears or slightly dinged up edges. In this case I paid for the extra filler, double wall boxes and everything arrived in good condition. Props to them for packing things so well and making sure it didn't exceed any weight limits. It's always tough finding specialty boxes that fit server equipment. Nobody asked for my ID (though many years ago I did get asked but that was for a retail purchase and not with an account #). I gave them our corporate FedEx account number and all they did was confirm my name. Not sure what happened with others but the manager on duty was the one that helped me. She knew exactly which items to ring up for the specialty boxes.Chalk it up to good luck perhaps because the items arrived a day early, exceeding expectations hence my 5 star rating for FedEx.
