They make it very difficult to give them your business. Not open on weekends, so I took off work on a weekday to get there before they close at 4, and the doors are locked. Due to unforseen circumstances they are randomly closed throughout the day.

I had been recommended this store for nuts to change my spoiler looked up hours of operation the first day i heard about it and they were closed, came back during open hours door is locked not happy

Fastenal has previously always had the best customer service experts when it comes to hardware. I understand pandemic is going on but unable to answer simple questions of availability or what a product item number would be. Only response I could get was order online then we will bring it out to your car. If that is the case Amazon will save me a trip to your store.

Great place to find specialty hardware or more hard-to-find hardware that you cannot find at the regular hardware store. Gentlemen working there was incredibly helpful; if you can't find what you're looking for then just ask.

They have good intentions and that does count for something but I've yet to find a Fastenal that is gives a good shipping experience. In my opinion they need more experience, they need at least one guy our gal that's been in the industry for 10 or more years. The first time I visited this location everyone was in the back and someone was cleaning out their car. I was in the store for 15 minutes before anyone noticed.

I went in to grab some odd screws that I could not find anywhere else, and they had three different kinds! The product is very high quality, better than the original part (It was a bolt for an engine). I like my vehicles in one piece, so quality matters tremendously to me. I plan on coming here whenever I need any fastener, even if I can find it somewhere else.

I use this Fastenal to ship large motors and the process has always been smooth. I also use this place to buy safety gear and hardware for my business. This is the only place where I can still find the square head nuts and bolts. The staff has always been friendly and eager to help.
