If I could give zero I would. I went to this place with my 80 years old mother. The lady at the counter was very rude. I felt like we should not be there. We decided to leave the store and buy in another place. Take your business somewhere else. No customer should have this kind of treatment. Horrible customer service.

As many other customers noted, the people who work in the meat section are beyond atrocious. They are rude. They have zero knowledge about customer services and downright horrible and deserve no stars.Imagine being in the line to buy something and when you come to the register being told that the store is not selling goat meat.Take your business and hard-earned dollars somewhere else. No customer should be experience the kind of treatment, let alone a long time customer.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The employees that work in the meat section are incredibly rude and dismissive of their long-time customers. Having to wait 10+ minutes to purchase a product and be told in a very rude way that they cannot sell that product is absurd. The customer service is lacking and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

I love this store for Arabic grocery. They have good price and good products. The only problem for me is that it's far from where I live.

DON'T GO to the meat section. Horrible attitude toward customers. They don't listen to what you order and just give you anything. As I was standing in line, one guy looked up at me and said, "Yes sir?" After I told him what I needed he starts reprimanding me and telling to wait one second and put my bag down somewhere if I didn't want to hold it. Um, why did you look up at me and say, "Yes sir" ?? First visit, I asked for thinly sliced ribeye, they gave me bone-in ribeye. I actually liked the bone-in ribeye so went for another visit to get more. This time I asked for bone-in ribeye and they gave me beef ribs. I went back in the store, pointed out the mistake and said I wanted RIBEYE steak. They gave me t-bone steak. I just walked out with the beef ribs I had already paid for. Also, the person in front of me ordered 1 chicken, they gave her 2 or 3. NEVER going there again. By the way, I'm not ragging on the general store at all, just the meat section.

They charge me for baby goat and gave me regular goat I pacifically asked fro goat under 25 lbs when got their guy told me he got very nice goat for me.. actually it was the worst I knew it when went to register it was more 375 I was hold on I ask for baby goat this is like 35 lbs he said oh we do weight before clean fine with came home first cook without frozen it was fine not the best but ok after that couple days cooked frozen one omg it stinks and is dark smell too I feel like talking back just give to them not even gonna ask for refund DONT ORDER ON THE PHINE TELL THEM TO SHOW YOU FIRST IM NEVER GETTING IT FROM HERE AGAIN.

Zero star I asked baby got Arab guy told yes brother I will you best goat he gave me worst one instead he gave me 32lbs form I think 50 goat lbs meat was red not pick as baby goat and charge me almost 400 I am never going here again only for last mints!

The gentleman at the meat section was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even want to answer my questions. Won’t get meat from here again.
