Brendan and Sarah e are amazing and go above and beyond. there were some issues with the car that I picked up and they quickly assessed and solved the problem. if a manager is reading this, I nominate them both for customer service awards because they really seem to care

The staff are diplomatic and tactful. However, I went to purchase a specific car and they sold it before I arrived. The manager tried to sell me a car from their back lot that he could not guarantee would be certified. I was not able to test drive it but he wanted $500 down to start the certification process. Despite this, I talked to the his manager and neither of them could make any logical sense. They had good customer service in the past but unfortunately this place has gone downhill. I would not buy a car from them. Choosing to go to a different location to actually purchase a car.

Sales people are really nice, but the car took a week to come out of certification to make sure there were no issues.. I reached out about multiple things not working and missing parts. At first they were accommodating, but after the 7 day mark, but still within 30 days of the purchase, I was told I had 7 days to get anything addressed and was told after 7 days of purchase date to take it to a mechanics even though the issues I addressed existed before my purchase and I missed it within 7 days. They have great prices for cars but be careful when you buy a car, make sure every little detail works, especially electrical and mechanical, because those are the things you will not notice for the first week until you do and then they tell you it’s your problem.

The sales people were nice but the car that I ended up getting def was not "la creme de la creme" of their rentals as they tell you. I have had a few issues with my car and its frustrating being that i spent $25k for a car and right away had issues. Plus now dealerships are selling similar cars close to brand new or certified, if not brand new for the same price or less. Whoever is the person who looks over cars before they are sold needs to double check their work or be honest.
