I first worked with Easterns Automotive group in 2018 for my Kia Forte which was such a seamless experience, so I was excited to visit again when my husband and I noticed a Mustang Mach E they had in stock. Eddy and was personable and attentive to what we needed. He, as well as the administrative staff, made for a pleasant and seamless transaction.

I received an offer letter to get a vehicle from Easterns Automotive Group in Sterling, VA. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mr. Deon Gunn, a product specialists and customer advisor. I felt very comfortable with him and his knowledge about cars. My end results was that I now have a beautiful Nissan, that was meant for me. I am so happy.
I will refer everyone to Easterns for a car. They are awesome. Thank you EAG.

They were very helpful with the car we wanted to buy. We went thru Carvana and had a horrible experience with them. Devon helped us tremendously with a car and understood our situation. They are 4 1/2 to 5 hours away from where I live and I would travel that again if I had to for another car. Great experience great people. Thank you Devon

Man oh man where do I begin, well lets start from the top. My experience with this company was just insane, I bought a vehicle from Eastern Motors out of the temple hills location, prior to that I was advised by several people to stay away but I decided to give them a chance anyhow. When I got to the place everything went ok , I picked the car I wanted and Glenda helped me out on me getting my vehicle and assisted in other things , she did her job. The problems that occured after were them forgetting to give me my paperwork for the sale of the car, had to go back and pick it up, then a problem with the vehicle started to happen so I reported it to them and the only option was to bring it back , so I did. It took over a week for me to get my vehicle back just for them to tell me the problem was the front axle and it was replaced.
( No documentation for that repair)
Ok so I go and get my vehicle back from them and I noticed over 200 miles had been put on the car and the seat was laid back and the music was on loud when I turned it on suggesting someone went on a little joy ride, so I mentioned that to glenda and I was given no explanation.
I START THE CAR, as Im driving home I feel the same issue ocurring and Im like wow so they found another problem and didn't correct the original problem at all, I contact corporate the next day and speak with sam in finance and he really was just gving me no viable options , I cant go another week wthout my vehicle because your mechanics failed to do the job the first go round. Then I contacted sam twice through email and was ignored , with the only option to just return for another claim which I had already done, life isn't free, and I cant afford to waste money catching ubers back and forth to work because the issues werent taken seriously the first time , the problem is still occuring and what am I to do about this if you guys arent willing to do the right thing?
And then on top of everything else they say my plates had arrived so this was my 4th time going back to the dealership , and what do you know I still have to go to the Dmv when I could have just went in the beginning myself, Im not gonna recommend that people not go here , but you guys need a better system for your customers.
Hopefully I'll recieve a call on getting my problems taken care of.

I feel very bad, I can't believe that because I am Latina or Hispanic they have treated me so badly, I thought the guy who helped me was a good person but he didn't explain several points of his company's policy to me. I wanted to buy a car with my down payment. I never took the car home after 2 days. I no longer wanted to make the purchase of the car and the boy told me that he would do everything possible to return my money but he never explained to me what his policy was. company was that it was non-refundable. I signed a contract without being explained well and the manager treated me terribly. I honestly felt discriminated against for not knowing English.

MISLEADING PRICES!
This is one of the shadiest things I’ve ever seen a dealership do. I called about a vehicle listed on the website, they informed me it was under “inspection” but I could come see it. I arrive and find out that they RAISED the price on the site $3,000 AS I WAS DRIVING THERE! I was met with no real explanation after showing them the original price the car was listed for before I showed up. I feel completely insulted by this bait and switch tactic and my time was wasted by these people. Stay away.

Darius Skerritt was an awful salesperson, after selling me the vehicle he treated me like trash. I am currently still trying to retrieve my official license plates that they originally told me would be ready in 2 weeks. He just hung up the phone on me 10 minutes ago for no reason other than me inquiring about a service order I put in. Please do not purchase a vechicle here if you value customer service and integrity.
This man has been a terrible representative for your company. I have decided to contact the BBB due to the extremely awful treatment. I was kind and curious to this man and I was treated like I did not matter. Additionally, I was lied to on several occasions. I have a copy of my email history as proof of all correspondence. I will be contacting customer care via phone and email. This treatment is heartbreaking! I spent money with this dealership just to be treated in an extremely condescending manner. The sad part is he was polite and appeared to be an upstanding gentleman prior to me purchasing the vehicle, but after the deal was made I was treated horribly. I would love to speak to someone from customer care.

Eli was very patient, courteous and understanding of my situation. Craig swooped in and saved the day with a solution to my insurance problem. The whole staff was tight knit and worked together so I can be in my new/used vehicle. I highly recommend this location. They are top-notch. Thanks Again!

This was an overall great experience. Eddy took great care of us and walked us through the whole process. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted at a great deal. I would highly recommend coming here for auto needs.

Around March of 2024 I bought a 2021 VW Passat from Eastern Automotive Group. The car buying experience wasn’t stellar, but it wasn’t bad either. This is the only thing that I can say went okay with buying this car. Everything that I’ve experienced after buying a vehicle from this company has been downhill. My car wasn’t balanced properly so I had to do the balancing myself and then ask the company for reimbursement which they did give me back the money after a few weeks of waiting. 2 months later in June of 2024 came the big surprise. My car started overheating when I would turn on my AC. I took the car to a certified Mechanic hoping it would be something simple to that needed to fix on the car maybe run me about $400.00. I was advised by certified Mechanic that all my fans will need to be replaced eventually they will all fail. This job will cost me over $2,500.00 currently and I’ve only had the car for 3 months. Buyers beware when you buy from these people because they do things to the car just to get them past inspection and out on the lot. They will smile in your face and sell you trouble!! I’ve bought used cars from Honda, Mitsubishi, CarMax, and a few other places in my time and never have I had to deal with issues such as this so early in the game while still having to make payments on a vehicle. Buyers beware!!!

The manager made a very misogynistic remark to me after I purchased the car. It’s pathetic that a woman has to go through this in 2024. The salesman was very pleasant to work with, but unfortunately, the misogyny and vile comment from the manager overshadowed that.

Years ago, I attempted to purchase a car from an Easterns group that's located in Maryland. The service and experience were a true turn-off. Almost 20 years later, I decided to give Easterns another try. The salesperson, Deon, was truly attentive, honest, and knowledgeable. I'm grateful that the experience this time around was 100% better!
