I came down from MD and even with a longer trip, buying a car here was leaps and bounds easier. Straight up prices, high effort from Mike (sending extra pictures, great communication, providing extra information) and a low pressure environment. Every dealer should operate this way.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the gentleman at Dvin Motors and it was honestly a great experience. Communication from the start was prompt, clear and honest. I drove from Pennsylvania to purchase and there were no surprises upon arrival. They offered a personal touch you can’t get from the dealership and the transaction was smooth and prompt. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Mike and Arsen at Dvin Motors. They answered every question about a car that I had to drive 250 miles to see, including giving me paperwork about repairs they had done on the car. Mike picked me up at Dulles where I returned my rental car when I drove back to pick up my Honda Crosstour, which was IMMACULATE. Because they are basically a two man organization, my price was not padded with the salaries of huge support staffs. They gave me a great deal, fabulous PERSONAL service, and impeccable respect. I used to sell cars, am an older, tough single woman, and I am confident that this Crosstour will serve me well for many, many years.

Bought a used car from these guys. The car looked great. Even the engine was washed and polished. Looks can be deceiving. A few months later the car starts running low on oil. From there I started dealing with oil leaking from different parts of the car's underside. Got the car up on a lift. From the looks of things, this problem has been with this car for a long time. Certainly before I bought it.

Great dealer - solid cars at good prices.Came from NC to purchase - far better mileage and prices than available in NC. Found the car online - got a quote…. Called and talked to Mike to confirm details… touched base with him as I came to town and his partner had the car ready for me to check out when I got there.* I do recommend calling ahead AND calling immediately before you get there - someone else arrived to check out my vehicle while I was checking out! I asked if I could run the codes on the car - ‘no problem!’ Car had new tires, brakes and battery…. Gave me a credit for a window chip….Yes - I read the reviews. It seems the majority of negative reviews are folks with bad credit or thought they were buying a new car. If you want a solid used car at a good price, this is the spot. (FYI, out of state? No problem… cost of car + $499 dealer fee…they send you off with temp tag.. Pay tax/reg/plate in your home state.)
