I saw the ad on facebook of honda fit and contacted them. I was told on facebook that the car has no problem, no check engine light and it is ready for test drive, i specifically mentioned that please be honest as i have to drive from 2 hours away. After driving for almost 2 hours, i was not able to test drive because they had engine light on and they were working on engine. I went there with cash to buy the car on same day.I will never recommend anyone to even visit this place. They wasted my almost 5 hours of time and gas. At least have some courtesy to tell customer the truth, if cars not ready just tell him its not ready, he will eventually find out when he comes. That wont do you any good. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

Dulles motorsports. The best place to purchase a vehicle. I bought 2022 Toyota Sienna. For my family. The employees are very friendly. The price they give me chipper prices from any other dealers in the DMV. I am very happy and my family also. We love the van. We drive it to Florida kids enjoy the cold ac and move. I highly recommend them to anyone to buy from them.. Thank you Dulles motorsport ?

I WAS THE PERSON WHO THOUGHT TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE; I flew from the west Coast to see a vehicle cash in hand took two flights to get there and their car was wrecked, panel gaps horrible over spray and rust everywhere, all the seals of the car dry rotted. This dealership is a joke I've worked in the car industry and this is definitely a place I would avoid at all costs. I pointed out all the flaws and Ali said he'll take 500 off from 10,500 this was obviously a horrible auction car worth 5000 if that being generous;I would even say it was a flood car, a horrible situation came out there to Dulles airport to purchase a car and drive off. One of the worst situations I've ever been in. Flying in somewhere I've never been and had no transportation. They should have told me the car had flaws and obviously was in an accident. Also as I was there a previous customer was complaining about something broken on his car so definitely a sign they are selling jalopies STAY AWAY LISTEN TO REVIEWS BECAUSE I DIDN'T I WOULD OF NEVER FLOWN OUT DISHONEST AND SCAMMERS AND PICTURES ARE DEFINITELY DECEIVING FOR THEIR CARS...

I asked about one specific car and they got straight to the point, he was a wonderful person told me there would be no hidden fees and said there would only be a processing fee, this information was true I took the car for a test drive and car ran smoothly. I asked about the check engine light and they sincerely apologized and said they would look into it, it was only a small thing, the car just needed an oil change.

Every one who goes to this place to buy a car, please read all the negative reviews posted here. I ignored these messages and trusted their words and I was cheated. Also what ever posted in cargurus about the history of the vehicle is also wrong. The car I bought had No accidents listed but it had accident and also hail damage. Still if you want to buy a car from them, take your time during test drive ,check the car inside out also if possible take it to a technician and then buy at your own risk. Don't believe in any of the promises they make to fix things later when you buy the car. As their agreement you are buying car AS IS and that's what you get. If you want peace of mind after buying the car , spent little more and buy from a good dealer. Otherwise you will end up spending more than that later. Please stay away from this dealer. And if you buy a car from after reading all these, please post a review so that you can save at least few people from SCAM.

PLEASE READ B4 YOU GO BE CAREFUL SCAMMERS. They hide every issue they possibly can from you so make sure to check car throughly and don’t believe anything they tell you. Alot of fake promises were made aswell. They promised a free detail the next day due to some issues in the car once I came they laughed at my face and accused me of lying and claimed they never said that. I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The salesperson was pushy and didn't seem to listen to my needs or preferences. When I expressed interest in a certain car, they kept trying to steer me towards something else that I wasn't interested in. The financing process was a nightmare, with unexpected fees and charges popping up at every turn. Even worse, after I signed the paperwork and took the car home, I realized that there were several issues with it that the dealership had failed to disclose. When I tried to bring these issues to their attention, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would never recommend This dealership to anyone and would advise others to steer clear. MONEY HUNGRY SAVAGES

Purchased a car not too long ago, the car itself was actually pretty good deal and not too bad but poor business ethics and extremely sketchy at times. person selling me the car was pushy and rude at times , also kept speaking in a different language to the person working aside him well staring at me half the time everytime id ask to test drive a car. Just be cautious when looking at cars and take your time welltest driving. they see you dont know what ur doing they will take advantage of you but go look around you might find a deal and a decent car like I did. Just stay on ur toes. Good luck!

Poor dealership dishonest on the phone about Vehicles condition. Drove one and a half hour to find the car's AC didn't work stereo didn't work check engine light came on during the test drive. Overall everything about this place is dishonest. You have to really get lucky to find a decent car here. Do not waste your time driving here unless you are 10 minutes away. Stay away as a shin point. Again thank you for wasting my time and gas guys. Smh

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! My previous car was totaled in an accident and after months of not having a car and searching for a new one we found this place Dulles Motorsports through Truecar and what seemed to be a good car for the price (considering cars are insanely expensive right now). I was injured in the car accident and I couldn't get to my dr appointments anymore because we didn't have a car. The total loss payout wasn't close to enough to buy a new car so we were going to have to come out of pocket with money that we really didn't have to spend so the car we found at this place seemed like things were going to get better for us. My husband got a ride to this place which is 45 minutes from where we live to buy the car on my behalf. Over the phone we were told the car is in great condition, runs perfect, and has no problems. My husband test drives the car and everything seemed to be running smoothly. The car was not in the great condition we were told it was but they weren't anything major so we overlooked them and bought the car. We also later noticed the ad pictures for the car were taken in the perfect angles where you couldn't see the damaged areas. We were told the car has a 30 day warranty. My husband gets home with the car around 7pm and we decide to go for a drive with our kids in our new car. As soon as my husband starts driving we hear a loud whirring noise that continued to get worse, radio/display that seemed to work fine started to mess up, and what sounds like the wheel bearings are making weird noises. One of the check lights also popped on. My husband called the guy that sold us the car back the next morning and told him about the problems and how we just spent all this money on this car so there shouldn't be these problems and the guy IMMEDIATELY got defensive and started threatening my husband and telling him that he better not step foot on his whole business property. My husband asks him if he's threatening him and he says "I'm not holding a gun to your head." My husband then tells this man that we would like to return the car because if these problems would have been present during the test drive or we would have been told about them we would not have purchased the car. And then the guy tells my husband that we did something to mess up the car because it was perfect at his store! My husband told him that we haven't even driven it 50 miles yet so there's no way that even makes sense and that the car needs to be returned because we don't have money for major repairs to a vehicle we just bought. The guy then proceeds to say "I'm not afraid of any pu**y like you and now you don't have any warranty anymore since you called me about this" and hung up. My family and I have been through so much without a car the last few months with me being injured and this was supposed to be a happy time. I don't know how this place is in business still. It has scam written all over it! Do not buy from here! The car shortage is making it difficult to buy a car but STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Very Very shady used car manager named Taylor or Tyler.I drove 44 miles to see some vehicles and spent over 2 hours at the dealership test driving Jeeps. Nima was the person i worked with. After test driving, Nima asked if i wanted an appraisal, I agreed. I found out that Taylor or Tyler went through my folded paperwork (private) in the glove compartment. After Nima informed me that Taylor or Tyler was questioning some information found in my personal glovebox I confronted Taylor or Tyler. He smirked and said you gave me permission to drive your car, I said yes, drive to appraise, NOT go through my personal paperwork! He turned to me with a smug look and said "wanna call the cops?" and turned and walked away. After that, he appraised my Jeep $5,000 less than two previous dealerships.I had my friend on speaker phone and they heard what he did and what he said and they were furious.I've had my vehicle appraised by two dealerships in the last few days and not one touched anything in my compartments.Tyler or Taylor is extremely shady and shame on the "dealership" that hired that unscrupulous unprofessional.
