I almost never write a review, but I am making an exception here.Summary: ***Trustworthy***. Good, prompt work. Good prices. Knowledgeable. Accommodating. If you need work on your vehicle(s) you should check this place out. You do yourself a disservice, otherwise.I know how hard it is to find a good and trustworthy repair shop. The last shop that I would consider trustworthy and had my vehicles worked on, was 20 years ago. It was a well-known shop in the community and belonged to a good friend of the family.I do not want to leave a wall of text. So, I will stop here.Note to Kyle/Drake Auto: I meant it, when I told you that I appreciate the work you had done on my car. That you have all my business, going forward. How you treated me as an average customer is a credit to yourself and your shop. Thank you.

Just had an excellent experience with Drake Auto. Brake flush and wheel alignment were done expertly and at a very fair price. I was in and out in an hour. Will return for more services in the future.

Appointment setup was easy. The car was attended soon. Not sure whether it is market or other factors the cost increased phenomenally. Oil change with coupon increased also. Labor cost increased for simple work items like engine air filter change. I might need to take car back to them after they fixed the hand-break and oil change . My car is wobbling suddenly which I did not see this behavior before visiting them. It could be different problem. This is not the first time I am visiting this facility. Most of these reviews are clearly fakedespite being next to half a dozen other shops, they are trying to charge MORE THAN DOUBLE for rotor and brake pad replacements.If you want to be taken advantage of for living in a nice area, this is your shop!If you have self respect go to any of the other shops in the same exact business park.edit: after leaving a review they repeated called me to harass me.After answering and asking them to stop calling they continued to call me multiple times.Avoid this shop at all costs

These are my go to guys for auto repairs and inspections. Sometimes it seems like the work should take an hour less, but you can watch an see they aren’t screwing around and the work is always done well.

I've taken all of our cars at Drake Auto, and always received excellent and honest service. Carl is great, and will not do a repair if not needed, and will also tell me if more economical alternatives are available. Just recently, I saved hundreds of dollars compared to recommended services from another shop, some of which were actually not needed. Milly at the front desk is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service. Highly recommend.Services: Transmission

I went to get my brakes replaced and was really happy with how everything turned out. I normally feel very weary about auto repair shops because of past experiences with upselling. Never once did they try to talk me into doing more than I needed, but instead explained everything to me and different alternatives that would work and outcomes for each. Super nice staff and even though the location was a little out of the way for me, I will go back again.
