Just bought my first Volvo here from Jose Muñoz and Nick Shields. What a fantastic experience. Very professional, transparent and informative. They were very patient in explaining the various programs and all around great to work with. The delivery of my new car couldn’t have been better. Their specialist Alec is very knowledgeable and got me all set up. I’m excited to drive!

We had an unbelievably great experience buying our Volvo from Vic at Beyer Volvo Dulles. They have the right attitude (not pushy at all), great prices, and the best stock of Volvo's in the DC Metro area! Ask for Vic, my wife and I thought he was the best car salesman we've ever ran into!

I recently bought a car at Don Beyer Dulles and can say it was a great experience working with both Glen and Jamer. Each were helpful in making sure I was making the right decision for me instead of trying to push a car on me. I will definitely keep them in mind for future car purchases

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star since this time that I visited Beyer Volvo in Dulles VA, the experience at the service department was disappointing.
My new review:
I came to drop off my car early in the morning for service, and the service representatives were not very friendly at all. I said to myself, “Maybe they haven’t had their coffee.” Right from the beginning, I didn’t feel welcome. I felt like they didn’t want me there.
The loaner I was provided was dirty inside, with crumbs in the cup holder, an empty plastic water bottle on the passenger side, and a general lack of attention to detail. Throughout the day, I never received an update on my vehicle’s status. I reached out to them for an update and found out that my car would be ready in about 30 minutes from the time that I called.
When I arrived to pick up my car, the representative I was working with, was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me, pretending I wasn’t there. I wanted to talk to him to know more about the services provided to my car. Some lady directed me to go to the cashier to get my keys, and then I was told to wait outside for my car.
I never received a report from any of the representatives regarding the service on my car or the resolution to the issues I reported. I had great expectations of this place, as my previous experiences with Ali were the total opposite of this.
My initial review:
Ali provides excellent customer service in the service department. He is very professional and mindful of people’s time, definitely recommend to ask for Ali for any of your Volvo Maintenance and Service needs at Beyer Volvo.

I don't write very many reviews. I had nothing short of an amazing buying experience with Vic at Dulles Volvo. I went in with something specific in mind within a specific budget and, of course, prepared to do battle w/a car salesman. Vic is a car guy and he understands the meaning of "value" with in that framework. I think of car value and financial value as two different categories both of which he was fluent. I initially started walking away but I could literally see his wheels spinning as he started asking questions. They were leading questions but all within my value framework. Once he showed me a great value we went further and he helped me walk out with 2024 XC 40 for roughly $2k more than I was looking to spend on a used 2021 or 2022. I highly recommend Vic at Dulles Volvo and if my wife could thank him (I surprised her with a new car) she would too.

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. They aren’t pushy, they will answer any questions you have honestly and if they don’t know the answer they will go figure it out! While it did take a bit longer than typical (not their fault) because of the CDK issue, they made it painless and kept me informed. Will be a life long customer. Thank you!!

Awesome A+ experience from start to finish! Nick my sales guy was incredible. He was responsive, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. The finance team had everything ready for me when I arrived, the car was clean and parked out front ready to go. The whole experience took less than an hour. I've leased lots of cars in the past from high end dealers and the team at Don B Dulles is by far the best!

We just bought a new car from Don Beyer Volvo Dulles last Saturday, and it was a very pleasant experience. Vic was professional listening to what we need, and look for cars that fit our needs. Alec was patient and professional on walking us through the full functionality of the EV we got, while Mike is great to deal with. No gimmick and no tricks. This is our third Volvo we bought from Don Beyer. They are a really trustworthy dealer you can look for, and it’s hard to find nowadays.

Overall, I had a very positive experience working with Mike, Vic, and George to buy my new Volvo XC 40 Recharge. Unlike some other dealerships, this team was responsive and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Special shout out to Vic, who was especially helpful. He came in on his day off to help us with getting a loaner car and ultimately delivered the new car to our home and walked us through all of the paperwork!

I came all the way to Beyer Volvo Cars Dulles from North Carolina after finding a perfect car for me online with my father. I first encountered the salesman, Vic Ejaz, when I arrived and he was exactly what you want in a sales person. I've had some bad experiences in the past, as I am sure everyone does with car dealers, but the experience was top-notch. He was knowledgable, friendly, and was not pushy at all. A true rarity! He showed me around the car and let me take it for a test drive, being exceedingly patient while I kicked the tires and tested everything out with my endless questions.
When it came time to negotiations, he was fair and it was an open conversation rather than being subject to the sometimes endless back and forth. Even bringing in the Sales Manager, it was an opportunity to find a fair price together. He was willing to work with me to find something we can all agree on.
I would recommend coming to see Vic and the team if you are in search of a new ride!
