Went there to purchase some items and when I went to check out and ask a cashier to help me I was told to ring myself out at the self checkout.
What is that about ? Couldn’t believe they were so lazy. I think the person working there was named Yohana.

Worst dollar store I've ever visited. Everything was on the floor, like nobody worked there. Smelled like some was smoking weed inside the store. I'm pretty sure if I stayed there a bit longer I would get second hand high. The cashier lady was awful. Only stopped by because I had to but horrible place...stay away.

Terrible, just terrible. Everything is a mess, super long line for self check out and not one cashier shows up. So sad because I really like to shop Dollar Tree.

My bad I missed the sign about no helium but they NEVER have helium. Why advertise balloon service AND show blown up balloons on a display board, if you can't get helium? The party store around the corner has it so why is this store always out? Plus no bags???? Bought 6 items - they were scanned and just left for me to pickup - no bags offered or items put in bags. Clerk was rude as well. Self checkout was down. Don't waste your time or $ going here.

This Dollar Tree allows people to steal trash and do whatever I have seen the workers do nothing but put her around and it's unsafe because of clutter and people have just deal things and people just do whatever unsafe.

The vice manager of this store does not deserve this position. Her name is Jenifer and she is a person who treats customers badly. I already made the complaint via email and explaining what happened, I hope they call her attention, it is not fair how she treats others.

Every time I attempt to shop here the staff has an attitude, rude, and condescending. Further they always follow me around the store. Horrible!

It’s ok. The staff tries their best, but it seems like they are always short staffed each time I come here. They have two self checkout stations but it doesn’t help when there are no clerks on any of the registers especially when there are people with a cart full of things that they are trying to scan one at a time. It’s hard to blame the staff because they do open up a register when they notice the line is growing- but sometimes a little too late. They said there are only two of them working and they also have to clean up spills, stock shelves, help customers, and cashier. In any case, if you come here, it may take a while for you to check out- but please be nice to the workers.

Today I went to this commercial establishment for the second time with my daughter and granddaughter and we were still pleasantly surprised to see that they maintain a fairly large and varied number of items or products for sale. On our part, there is no need to search from location to location, in these surroundings of Reston, Herndon, Sterling, etc. it is, without a doubt, the most and best assortment. By the way, the restroom that I had to use, very well maintained. They won my five stars again, there was a young woman who was accommodating, very helpful and bilingual.
