Wish I could put 0 stars to represent the customers service I never received. I was completely ignored by two employees (man and woman) sitting at their desk;while I was the only customer in store at the front desk. The woman even stood within 5 feet of me and proceeded to file her papers and ignore me. I would hope this is not racially charged or hate for the appearance of my complexion.I even went as far to greet them and never got a reply. Now that I think of it; there was a man sleeping in the lobby. I wonder if he was also a customer waiting to get service and fell asleep because of the lack of customer service.(seriously). Would never refer. Horrendous experience of customer service.
