A member of the store that was at the register when I came in made it an uncomfortable visit for me. She left the register came back to the isle I was on to see what I was doing and then when I used self check out she stood right by me. She never asked if I needed anything. It felt as if she was trying to ensure I didn’t steal anything. While other customers came in she welcomed them and asked if they needed anything. It was a very intimidating visit. With all due respect you can’t judge a book by its cover. She had no clue of my social economic status. I will not return to this location.

Been getting perscriptions here for almost 3 years. The pharmacy staff looks out for us and they are on top of getting perscriptions. As for the general store.... too expensive. Always has been. 7-11 is less expensive for food most items they sell that CVS carries.

Jennifer was so helpful today trying to find my prescription. She called around to other locations and found the unfindable ! She went above and beyond. Appreciate her customer service!

We got checked out at the minute clinic, tested positive, and were told that the pharmacy would get our scripts taken care of quickly so we could get back home and rest. The clerk at the pharmacy said the same thing, 10-15 minutes and we should be good. Instead what happened is me that my partner (both confirmed sick with covid) end up waiting in the store for over an hour because every time I checked in with them they told me "oh just a couple more minutes." So I was staying inside the store. THEN, IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THIS, THEY CLOSE DOWN AND TAKE LUNCH. So then for a half hour, I get to sit and listen to them talk about how one of the people there is definitely sick and might have COVID but they don't feel like getting tested.Do everything you can to avoid this place.

Pharmacy staff terrible and inconsiderate, family member sick at home and pharmacy staff still inside assisting customers but because they close at 8 they can't help when my prescription is already filled and ready. These people have lost all morals

The pharmacist is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, waste of an employee at CVS. She rolls her eyes at every interaction with any patient. The selfish behavior is completely unacceptable for customers coming in to seek help, from a company’s whose mission statement is to help others. I called CVS on the phone a month ago, she didn’t even listen to what I had to say, she cut me off while talking giving a “smart” answer and tried to end the call before I explained my situation is far from what she interpreted. It’s like giving an answer without listening to the question. I don’t know who hurt her but she’s like a spoiled teenage brat. Helping people isn’t her mission…. it’s going to her JOB, hoping she doesn’t have to do any real work, but then crying whenever she is given tasks to do. Definition of a lazy good for nothing child. I don’t know about the other employees, but that pharmacist… get help.

I set up an appointment online and it wasn’t my fault that the system cancel my appointment without notifying me I came in with my son for a TB test result check in which it only takes a few minutes to check if is negative or positive but this lady at the clinic was so rude and making so many excuses telling she couldn’t take us because I was not in the system.. and argue with me for over 30min in which she was putting us in the system. I ask her how long more and said to me someone else was coming to check on my sons arm, few second later she spoke with the other doctor and in second I was being help.. Why make it so difficult when he was so easy for her to get up and asked the other doctor if they can take us to check his Test and not to make us wait 30 minutes waste of time they need better customer service…

The ladies at the pharmacy have always been incredibly helpful They've always been patient and helping me get my prescriptions filled and had them ready on time They do look like they're being overworked I'm glad they've been coming in and helping our community

Large, clean store with good selection of items. Found what I needed without issue and checked out via self checkout because the cashier was casually chatting with other customers; however she quickly assisted me when the machine froze up.

We've been going here for years for our prescriptions. The store is clean and the staff are kind and helpful. Not sure why the store has so many negative reviews, I have had nothing but good experiences!

The worst customer service ever. The black lady in the pharmacy argued with me in front of customers about my prescription not being ready. They gave me a time and they didn’t have it ready, I started colon prep one hour late because they were inefficient and didn’t care about me needing this med on time. Most of employees are rude in that store. Not going back there anymore.

I went here for my first Covid shot, I had to make a appointment. The nurse was super nice and prompt. She came out and instructed everyone than called your name when she was ready for you. The waiting area is spacious so we were all properly distancing. I'm allergic to everything under the sun so I had to wait an hour to be sure everything was ok, she checked on me and was super professional.
