Go somewhere else or bring a flash drive to print your passport pictures (especially if to another country’s size). I came in for what should’ve been a quick and easy passport picture and print, ended up having to argue that the Kodak moments machine DID offer passport printing in the size I needed because it was clearly stated as an option with the print sizing in the description and then received blurry photos from an incredibly unenthused employee who didn’t seem to care if they were useable or not. Fingers crossed they’re accepted, will not be going back if not.

I have gone to this cvs several times and give it chance every time but today was the last straw and it's because of the same employee named waheeda she is very rude i was just browsing around the store she would keep looking at me or indirectly ask if i was stealing every time i try to make a return she would have a lot of attitude towards me and i even heard her call me names under her breath when she thought i couldn't hear her she would try to pin everything on me like it was my fault and i is not only me several people around me have complain about her i saw her be mean to literal children no one deserves that kind of treatment

ABOUT A EMPLOYEE NAMED WAHEEDA THAT NEEDS TO GET FIRED!!!!
I enter the store and first thing I see is her staring at me. I ignore her and look for what I was buying. And I see her follow me and ask me if I’m stealing. I respectfully tell her I was to buy not steal And she proceeds calls me stupid and leaves. I contact the manager and he says his gonna talk to her about it but he never does anything. But not just that my grandma went to get her medication and she was so rude and even called her old cause she couldn’t understand what she said. She deserves to get fired. Everyone is talking about how rude she is in our neighborhood. We have filed many complains to her already with cooperate. We aren’t gonna give up untill she gets fired. I’ve never met someone so disrespectful like her.

This pharmacy is a joke I had an appointment for RSV vaccine, the pharmacist in charge simply told me that she only have 6 vaccine in hand and I'm not going to be one of the lucky people to get it. Never coming back

Over priced and wait forever for prescriptions. Example one recent prescription with Part D coverage was $18.46. I called Safeway pharmacy and the same prescription was $5.86. Guess what I had Safeway transfer the prescription to their pharmacy. Almost 3 1/2 times more expensive. If a have a prescription at CVS call Safeway you might save some money.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, A female customer service her name Waheeda needs to have a good communication skills when dealing with customers, she is very rude and disrespectful. I’ll never come back to this location.

Yesterday July 18th I placed an order on my phone for the 1 hour photo service. After an hour I went into the store to pick them up. At first the woman had trouble finding them. After they were located she admitted that most of them were missing because there was a printing error with the machine. She asked me to come by the following day between 9-2 (during her shift) and she would give me the photos. So I left without any pictures. I went back today July 19th at 1:15 and not only was the woman cashier not working, my photo order was still incomplete. I asked why no one had called me to save me the trip to the store, and no one had a good answer. My phone number was listed on the package that my prints were in. I asked for a solution and no one had any clue, including the manager. I asked if I could receive a discount on the photos that were printed and he insinuated that he did not know what that word meant. He told me "What do you mean by the word discount." His attitude was clearly not customer service oriented. At this point, I've driven to this CVS twice now and returned home without any photos. What a terrible customer service experience. This is the third or fourth bad experience I've had with CVS photos. I'll be ordering photos from Amazon from now on.
