Did a drop-in. Coach Nick was very good. He paid attention to all and was super helpful with everyone’s needs. The gym is well equipped & clean. The regular members were very friendly and welcoming to me.

Dropped in twice to Verity last week while in DC on business. Great coach, nice gym, good schedule, normal drop in price. I recommend Verity and will drop in again next time in DC

This is an excellent gym with coaches dedicated to seeing you excel at your own pace while pushing you to be your best. The community is amazing, and if I wasn’t moving I could see myself sticking around for the long haul.

I dropped in at Verity for a week and had such a great time. The community was so welcoming, the coaches were knowledgable and attentive, and the programming was tough and fun. If I lived in the NOVA area, this would be my home gym for sure. Looking forward to visiting again!

A year ago I had never touch a barbell or worked out at all, then my friend asked me to try CrossFit. Thank god we ended up at Verity! This place transformed not just my fitness, but also my mindset and overall well-being. The coaches are so supportive and welcoming that it instantly felt like home. I never thought I would be someone who enjoyed the gym but that all quickly changed the day I started at Verity. Going here is the best part of my day and I find it very difficult to leave. I not only found a new hobby but a community and second home that I can’t imagine my life without.
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Verity is the perfect place to be.

Verity is an amazing gym with more amazing coaches who are knowledgeable and encouraging!!!! Monroe and Morgan, the owners, are inviting, caring and truly there for there athletes and members!! I’ve worked out pretty much all my life since high school. But my routine for a long time was focused on benchpress and arms. I would often look for routines to challenge myself. But the hassle of finding something, starting, and sticking to it was annoying.
Then I found verity. The fact that I DON’T have to plan anything and know I’ll get a challenge is one of two reasons I have been going for 5+ years. The other is the people are GREAT.
Come as you are! If you need a place to prepare for you and challenge you, this is it.

I came to Verity a little over two years ago and I could not recommend this gym more. Their coaches are knowledgeable and attentive, there service is genuine, and their community is filled with welcoming people who support you daily along your fitness journey. Not only have I grown as an athlete in my technique and capacity, I have really grown in my confidence and mindset which has impacted me far beyond the gym. The owners and their manager truly go the extra mile to create something special here.
Added bonus: they have 3 showers which is super helpful when trying to stack your day before or after work.

After a 6 year break, I was thrilled to find a welcoming, encouraging, and knowledgeable coaching team and culture at Verity after I moved to Loudoun County. Whether you're completely new to strength training, returning after a break, or an accomplished athlete, the training adapts and challenges everyone and drives us all to leave it all on the bar, rig, bike, erg, and floor. I highly recommend visiting (especially at 6 AM!) to check out Verity for yourself.
