The service is pretty good, but just a bit pricy. Environment is nice and there never is too long of a wait.
There was an incident that gave me a less positive feeling. When I got my pedicare done last time, I was about to give tip as part of my credit card transaction, the technician asked to be given tip in either PayPal or venmo, which I had to download. It just feels really forced and really focused on the tip culture in this country. Tip used to be given as an appreciation of a job well done or for someone going out of their way to perform a special service. Now a certain percentage is expected and with requirements as to the method of payment. Imagine if everyone expects a tip. If teachers expects a tip for teaching our children well...

Wonderful Staff! At busy times, it can be a bit rough but the service and attention is great! Very kind and considerate!

Pee alert - Do not go there
I decided to go get my nails done with Kathy, the manager/owner of this salon, was wearing my regular gym clothes and looked not very put together. Asked her about the prices for a full set as well as nail sculpting, she looked at me and said these services are very pricy (I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman movie!), I then had to mention that yes I understand, but does that price include the nail polish, she then gave me another look and said well, no, you want to get any service you have to pay for it. Well DUH, I was already losing it but just shook my head and she finally gave me the price! I then sat on the chair and immediately felt my bottom got cold but didn't think much of it.
When I was done and got up, I noticed my pants is stuck to my bottom and am so wet. Told her (she was the manager) and she flipped the cushion just to find out it was FILLED with pee.
She apologized and put the cushion on another chair that belonged to another nail tech. I was done and ready to go. No discount or anything whatsoever, and also when I got home I noticed she charged my car extra so had to go back and get my money in person (got a few smile from the manager meaning why would you come back for a couple of dollars!). Not a very relaxing nail experience if you ask me

Fantastic nail salon! Kathy, the owner, knows everyone by name. She is awesome! I usually work with which ever tech happens to be available when I walk in and have never had a bad experience. They do a great job for a fair price. Highly recommend!

This was my first time trying the salon. While my nail tech was very pleasant, I do not feel I got a great spa pedicure. It was just ok. I had to ask her to remove my callouses and dead akin after the exfoliation and the paraffin wax treatment and there was still rough skin left on my feet and they weren’t that bad given I get regular pedicures. The polish job was ehhh, she left polish on the skin even after I asked her to clean it up. The salon itself was mediocre— very small and quite cluttered. Old telephone books were used at the nail drying stations. With all the salons to choose from, this one is a no for me.
