I will be leaving my company after 19 years and starting the next chapter in my life, retirement. Before I leave I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all of the folks at Commonwealth. My company has been a customer for most of those 19 years. I have stayed true to Commonwealth for many reasons; great customer service, attentiveness, good products, and mostly the people. Every one I have had the pleasure of working with over the years has been professional, courteous, and responsive to the needs of the company. For that, I thank you. Commonwealth is truly a business partner.

We are thrilled with our new Konica Minolta C450i. Darren, our sales manager, heard our wants and needs and presented solutions addressing them accordingly. He is familiar with the church environment and did NOT try to oversell. We have the perfect machine to meet our needs now and in the future. James, the technician who installed our machine, was awesome! Answered all of my questions and we walked through many features together. He taught me how to print from my phone in addition to from my laptop. And he watched me set up another PC to print to make sure I understood how to do it since I will be doing several more over the next week, including a Mac. I feel confident that it will go smoothly, and if I have any questions they will be answered quickly. In the meantime, there may be more end-user questions... James and I put together a tentative plan to do some training for the preschool staff in late August/early September. ALSO, the delivery crew from Interstate... really great. Haik and Daniel. I believe Haik was the lead. He was super polite, pleasant, and thorough in his explanations of the paperwork I needed to review and sign. His customer service was EXCELLENT! I hope he is appreciated! Thank you, Commonwealth, for helping make this happen so easily and quickly!

Bethel Lutheran Church has worked with Commonwealth for over 15 years! AND ... we've worked with Jeff Hangstrom as our sales rep the whole time. It's been great having a relationship with a local company that has great customer service, that knows us, and is very responsive. We've had other companies approach us, but they can't touch the combination of relationship, price, and service.

They take the time to train and the patience to listen to any problems. If and when called back for any reason they were extremely fast and ready. I appreciated the follow up calls from Mike making sure things went well every time we needed upgrades and other issues as well. The work was done quickly with do down time to complain about. I am extremely happy to of worked with them.

We have been using Commonwealth Digital for more than 17 years now for all of our printing needs. Our account rep John Greene has been with our account for almost the full 17 years and so he knows our business well and can anticipate our needs at each renewal. They are a locally owned and operated business, which we like since we are the same. They give great customer service and their technicians are well versed in working with MAC and PC environments. Many of the negative reviews were about being "hounded" by them with sales calls. I get at least 6-8 solicitation calls each month from copier companies, and for each one I get, I politely tell them that we are "extremely satisfied with the company we have been partnering with for the last 2 decades, and we are not looking to make a change." And I mean it :-)

My company has had a long standing relationship with Commonwealth for all our copier needs. Recently, I contacted Commonwealth to schedule our equipment move to our new office, however, our new office wouldn't be ready before we had to be out of your current space. I asked Commonwealth to have the equipment moved and held in their office until we are ready in our new office space. Without hesitation, they agreed and didn't charge us anything. Commonwealth always goes above and beyond for their customers.

We would like to express our delight in working with Commonwealth Digital Office Solutions in Sterling for the past 17 years! You have taken wonderful care of us by providing a terrific product. The helpfulness and professional attitude of your staff is exemplary. I can't say enough about your consummate professional sales manager, Jeff Hagstrom. After 17 years he is still a phone call away to address any of our needs. We have two copiers and like to change them out about every three years. Jeff makes it possible for us to do that.

My company was being overcharged by another office solution vendor. When I contacted Commonwealth they responded and addressed my needs and corporate requirements without sales pressure of any sort to include which solution my company should select. The responsiveness of Commonwealth Digital Office Solutions that my company experienced was beyond reproach in fact they made the transition and return of our old and previous vendor equipment seamless. This by far became the easiest contract transition. The responsiveness of Commonwealth technical staff during a couple of instances where machine required adjustments for our two only occasions responded to our service call on the same day. Since then the machines have worked flawlessly without issues. Lastly, their prices are very competitive and in our case lower than what we were paying with the other vendor. I would strongly recommend them to others.

We've been with Commonwealth for quite some time now and I wouldn't think of switching. The upgrade offers are so enticing you can't say no. We even saved on our color printing. I love the quality copiers - they do what we need and more and seldom have errors or issues that I can't fix myself. If it does become out of my control all I have to do is call the office and they respond immediately with a schedule for the tech. Don't think I've had a repair tech yet that wasn't friendly and didn't waste time completing the job!
