Had appointment at 2PM, was there at 2PM and had to wait until 2:18 PM and left. Waste of my time. Employees are busy walking in the bank rather than addressing the customers needs

Usually I have neutral experiences at banks, however my experience with Maivy was outstanding and I felt like she deserves a shout out. She was extremely knowledgable and answered all questions I had and overall was extremely thorough as well as so nice!

Literally had the best experience/help from this branch. Mustafa is the MVP for helping my husband and I open up an account and get started with transferring from our bank (from out-of-state) to get established here in Virginia.... all while my husband and I are signing for a home Monday.Thank you for coming in clutch to help us navigate how to transfer our funds and having problem solving skills!!!
