Went in there to open a bank account to take advantage of coupon mailer. I am not a fan of physical visits to bank, but Maryam, the chase representative there reaffirmed my feeling that conducting a transaction online is way better than having to deal with them. Very impatient and has a seriously attitude problem. No matter how much I try to talk friendly there was absolute no reciprocation. I have been to many banks before but never this kind of experience at a bank. Came home and finished my business in 2 minutes. Never going to this branch

This Chase bank is busy. They have a lot of customers come in and out at the time when I was there. My appointment was a bit late but Ernesto tried his best to quickly helped me with my needs at this bank. Everyone was helpful and very nice to interact with.

The manager of this branch should be on a warning. Absolute disgrace of a management. They always seem angry, impatient and irritated at all time! If you can’t give good customer service then maybe it’s time to go work somewhere else

I don't know who how the bank Manger Roxana have a Job at this bank. I came into this bank to close out account that belongs too my Deceased father. Done everything right way far as filling a Affidavit B form. She made several phone calls to verify my situation. The person she talked to told her to release the funds to me.She made fell real uncomfortable and i know it was because of my skin color......she ask me to leave her bank because she had know idea how to help, but I know she didn't want to help me because I'm Black. I'm closing my account behind this situation.

Worst bank to deal with. Opened a new Total Checking account with nothing but problems from the start. First, it was a W-9 problem and I had to go back to the bank with another signed hard copy. Two weeks later, they send me a letter requesting me to fill out another W-9. They are now closing my account after two months, stating a check I electronically deposited was a fraudulent check because they could not verify the name and phone number. I went to the branch manager with the check, explaining to him that this is from one of my tenants who have been with me for 12 years and owns over 40 franchise stores. This tenant has different corporate names for stores in North and South Carolina and if you call the phone number on the check they will verify that the company name that is on the check is part of their main company, but instead, they refused, saying they have their methods of check verification and the phone number doesn't match the name. All they would say is it is a fraudulent check, and we are closing your account, but you won't get the existing money for at least 3 weeks. All they had to do was call the number and ask them about the check, but they refused. For the last 12 years, I have deposited this franchisee's check in my PNC Bank account and my United Community Bank account with no questions or problems about the corporate name on the check. I only opened the Chase account because we moved, and Chase Bank was nearby. Most banks would just put a hold on the check until it fully clears. Well, surprise my tenant just informed me the check cleared, yet they are still canceling my account. I called Chase and was told they will reverse the check and still close the account. What kind of sense does this make? You would think they would welcome new business but from my 45 years of experience dealing with banks, Chase Bank does not care about their customers and is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

I rarely ever visit a Bank Branch.Precisely in my last five years four times. I am a Chase client but other than my Credit Cards only had a token personal bank presence with them over the last two years. However they being a brick and mortar bank realized their services are far superior than many small online banks that are not geared for many business and consumer requirements. Therefore I decided open another business account for my Companies with Chase online. One process worked perfectly however for the second one I was told to go to a nearby branch. As an unknown stranger in casual attire on my two visits I was treated very professionally and courteously. However most importantly efficiently. My Client Manager Jonathan Benitez was great, handling all my requirements with attentive care. Opening new business accounts is not an easy affair these days, with the volume of documentation to filling up complicated NAICS Codes to identity checks. This is where I found the knowledge as well patience of Jonathan so wonderful, because he supplemented my knowledge base.I highly recommend this branch for such services, although in this digital age routine visits are minimal. However not so online for such complicated process of account openings as one mistake can have numerous repercussions down the line. Most of the negative reviews you read here about Chase Sterling Branch, are typically because each of us lacks basic patience or are unfamiliar with new banking laws thereby venting our anger on a staff member.Thank You Very Much Chase Sterling Branch especially Jonathan
