SCAM ALERT. I took my iPhone 13pro max to have the back glass repaired. The repair guy said it would be about 30-45 mins. I went back after an hour and he still wasn’t done. He told me that he required another 30 mins to finish the work. So I left and came back later. A few days have gone by now and my phone started to turn ON n OFF on its own. When I took it in to have it checked by apple, they suggested it was the battery. I took it to another phone shop and the gentleman told me it’s my battery health that causes that issue.
After servicing it. He made me aware that the battery had been changed very recently and it’s not even the original battery that was replaced with.
This place not only fixed the back of my phone but also took the original battery out of my phone

New review (June 2022) see my review of ATT Dulles Town Center too as this is a package (ask for RJ and Fabiana). Lost my phone and successfully replaced it at ATT and as before, go to Cellaris for accessories. Trevor is now managing day to day very well and with tremendous customer service and personality. Wherever you get your phone, save money and have a great service experience with Cellaris and Trevor. Trevor had my cover coming in but did surgery on my old cover to accommodate camera, and got me new plug for my USB to the new phone connection(different from my previous phone). Perfect complement for any phone you get anywhere in the mall. GO!.Just had to commend the Cellaris team (father and son) for their outstanding service and value. I first met the team when I bought a new phone st the ATT store and a salesman there told me not to buy at ATT but to run down a floor at the mall (they are located near the food court elevator as a hallway kiosk). Yesterday my partner needed a new cover for her I phone and the kiosk had five shelves of options which they let me sort through (sending photos to my partner). It turns out she had a different model then I thought so I had to exchange the cover. Though the model needed a bigger cover the exchange had no additional charge. Today my partner wanted a new phone as her screen had multiple cracks and was difficult to read. Noticing the kiosk also did repairs we dropped it off and went shopping. Got a text within 30 minutes that the screen wss done and my partner and I agree it looked like new. Fair price and saved a significant expense. If you need a cell phone cover or repairs, GO. You won't regret it.

I had a bad experience with one of their employees. I went to get something repaired and he said he couldn't do it without his manager's approval, which I understand. However, during our conversation, my 2-year-old son saw a train coming and started saying train train. This man was visibly enraged, as if my baby had said something to him. His reaction to the child astounded both myself and my husband. My husband took my baby to train. I didn't say anything, but my insides were boiling. This is not a look I can offer my child. He didn't harm you in any way. When I returned to ask for the store's phone number, he said he couldn't give me one and that I should come back tomorrow. I asked him why he was being so harsh because he had been rude to my child. He starts ranting and getting a loader. Everyone in the mall came to a halt to see what was going on. He yelled even as I walked away, and he seemed off or inebriated. I'm not a good mother, he yelled. I made the decision to walk away from the obnoxious and disrespectful individual. If you don't know how to deal with clients, you shouldn't be working, in my opinion. The manager, a young man, is pleasant and helpful, but the employee selection is not ideal.

My screen was repaird but the back was not put on properly. I ended up with water damage and now my phone could not be repaired. Make sure you check that the back of your phone is sealed all the way before leaving. My case was put back on and I didn't know to check.
