The vet and all staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Cash our Basset Hound is groomed there and has been seeing Dr. "S" the last 6 months for a chronic ear infection that 2 other vets couldn't treat. Now Cash is under care for respiratory issues and is improving. Come here first to keep the same vet.

This place absolutely sucks. All they care about is their money and they aren’t even skilled enough to treat your pet if they have serious issues that could be life threatening. I wish i could give them 0 stars. Overcharging and terrible services.

Cascades Pet Depot provides very friendly and caring services. They treated our dog for a skin tissue growth. Dr. Saini did a surgery to remove it and keep the follow-on care until it got resolved fully. His surgery skills are outstanding. Our dog and our family are very happy now, Petr Depot brings smiles to everybody.

We moved here from Arizona and needed a vet for our big guy Ziggy, Dr. Saini has been amazing! We know when we take Ziggy to him, he’s in good hands. Ziggys been having issues with his coat because of the humidity and having itchy rashes and Dr Saini recommended supplements and cream that cleared it up.

Got my dogs nails trimmed. Same prices as everywhere. They did a decent job but told me after that they were charging me a $30 fee because they had to use an extra person to help hold him. $30 FOR 5 MINUTES OF WORK and no warning. He's only 26 pounds. $25 nail trim turned into $55. Definitely won't be back.

I came in today and asked for help picking some high value dog food that would be gentle on my dogs stomach, as she was having GI issues, and was refusing food.The staff gave me great reccomendations, talked me through multiple options, was very friendly, and showed genuine concern for my dogs wellbeing. I was so relieved when i got home and my dog finally started eating again.

Staff is so kind and friendly! I forgot their names but the woman at the front of the store area was so welcoming and the VA was so gentle and kind with my dog Kevin. I’m use to seeing vets force vaccines/ treatment on clients but Dr. Saini made us feel super comfortable about what WE wanted to do for our pet that day.

My first experience with a groomer, also my 3 year old corgi mix’s first time. They didn’t a great job, even though I know my girl can be a little handful, they made me feel super confident that she was in good hands. The price was extremely reasonable, and we will definitely be coming back!

Was a more than decent cut, my Yorkie-Poo was pretty shaggy mind you. Have a place to start with now, prices are excellent here too btw.

AVOID - Dr Jaswinder Saini - he robs the elderly and endangers pets. My elderly mother is new to the neighborhood and took her dog for grooming and they convinced her to let the Vet examine the dog while she was there - total Scam! She agreed and shared the medical file of all records. Dr Jaswinder Saini convinced my elderly mother that a perfectly healthy 5yr old dog needed a full blood workup and a full set of shots, even though the paperwork showed the dog just had all annual vaccinations less than two months prior. Dr. Jaswinder Saini ignored the paperwork and recklessly gave the dog another dose of all the same vaccinations. Common practice for good Vets is to contact the prior Vet before any vaccination/medication is administered. Dr. Jaswinder Saini instead chose to focus on getting my mother sign a bill for over $700 instead of verifying anything with the previous vet. This could have killed the dog! Beware - this guy is out for your money and the the well being of your pet.
