Stay away as far as you can from this place if you don’t want to waist your money time and patience just go somewhere else this is one of the worst places by far in the whole northern Va to get a car if I could give them a half star I would without a doubt I had the worst nightmare with them and the used car I purchased there and every time I went to get solutions there were at least 2 more customers in the same situation it was just waisted time STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

If I could give 0 stars I would, I bought a work car, I bought it here because I needed it and they took advantage of that, they gave me a car that since I got home started with problems, and until today I have put more money in less than a year than what it costs, they are definitely scoundrels, I tried to solve it with them but they did not give me any solution, disappointed I have not paid even a third of the cost of the car and I already consider it garbage, I am not going to put more into it I will sell the money in parts, maybe that way I will recover some of my money, and if I'm not going to leave it to you, it's so as not to ruin my belief and close many doors in this country for people like this, apart from the day I went to complain, they were talking about how do to make a customer look bad believing that because I don't speak English I didn't understand what they were saying, definitely friends I don't recommend buying from this Jonker

Eduardo was my salesman, they deceived me by selling me a car, they didn't even give me the plates or the inspection, aside from the car being damaged, they told me that they would help me with the parts and in the end they never answered me, apart from they told me that I had to give more down payment and that I did not have to tell the financier

I purchased a Chevy Tahoe about 1 year ago from CAR plus. Sam was very open with me and quickly settled on a price, trade in, sorted DC plates and registration and did his best to fix issues identified in test drive. He even arranged a loaner car. This was only my second purchase in 10 years so I really appreciated the all-in service provided. I would recommend Car Plus to knowledgable, realistic and patient customers Keep up the good work Sam.

This is hands down the worst car dealership I have ever seen. My boyfriend bought a truck from here in September, 4 months later and we still don’t have a tile, he had to put $8000 worth of stuff in the car just to make it safe to drive, but he’s charging a reconditioning fee that is saying the car is safe to drive. Samir also has told multiple of his employees to ignore his calls, when we’re just trying to resolve this.Here’s a list of everything wrong with the truck :1. The brakes had to be replaced because they almost caught on fire2. The brake lines had to be replaced2. The transmission needs to be replaced3. The tires had to be replaced4. The exhaust fell off of the truck5. The ball joints had to be replaced6. The rims were cracked7. The air conditioning had to be replaced, told us it was just a 50 dollar repair, but it was $12008. The shocks had to be replacedHere’s a list of the sketchy things the dealer has done:1. The sales person name was listed as “Jessica Alvarez” but the one who sold us the vehicle was Samir2. The color on the bill of sale said the truck was “mineral gray metallic” but the truck is matte black3. They keep issuing temporary tags, but they changed the date of sale on the tags4. We were charged $600 for registration when they can’t even register the car out of state5. The sales tax and used tax seemed higher than it should have been6. When we called about the title Samir lied and said a secured loan check from Navy Federal Credit Union bounced7. Samir waited for 3 months to cash the check from the bank8. They sell cars that they don’t have titles to (Samir admitted he sold my boyfriend the truck without the tile, and he sold my boyfriends trade in with no title)9. Samir is now telling the staff to ignore my boyfriend when he calls10. Samir also lied and said my boyfriend said he didn’t want the title (I seriously doubt anyone is stupid enough to ask for no title on a vehicle)

We purchased super clean corvette with Sam's help. This is our 4th car from car plus within 2 years .They are super honest and will work with you. If you are looking honest people call them. Not to many good dealers out there we had a very bad experience before at other dealer.

Took an uber out to look at a Honda Crosstour with the intention of driving it home but before pulling the trigger decided to run a carfax only to find out that the odometer had been changed…it had almost 100k miles more than what they advertised. Absolutely stay away from here

FRAUDULENT - BEWARE - expressed interest in a truck they had for sale. Asked for a quote. Next thing I know, a finance company is asking for monthly payments - never saw any documents or signed anything but the loan is now on my credit and I have never even seen this vehicle or signed any documents
