My fiancée and I have been here too many times unfortunately. Lol But the staff is funny, caring and extremely helpful. I no it's normally the luck of the draw who you see. But Nancy Ramirez has been a regular for us. She has treated me and my fiancée over three times in six months. I appreciate her direct approach while at the same time being patient and detailed. Thank you for helping my family and I.

The receptionist is very professional. The medical staff is pleasant and empathy is excellent compared to other clinics, they take time to listen to concerns.

I’ve never given a one star review before on Google and I’m not usually a Karen but I just wanted to share my experience. I came here after seeing my insurance was accepted here and this place had good reviews (above 4 stars). I had a nagging cough that got worse over the past week and I’ve had pneumonia and bronchitis in the past so I suspected it might’ve been either/or bc the symptoms were similar. Either way It was concerning how it wouldn’t go away so I paid a visit to the urgent care.The lady at the front desk was kind of blunt and rude when I didn’t fill out the credit card authorization even though it said I didn’t have to. She asked “why” loudly in front of everyone and I explained because I don’t want to store my payment info if my insurance will take care of the visit either way. She just gave me this judgmental stare and then went on with processing my paperwork. Whatever, it wasn’t that big of a deal.Then, I was seen by nurse practitioner Nancy Ramirez. She seemed nice at first, I explained my symptoms and my health history and asthma, she listened to my chest with the stethoscope. She said I needed to use my rescue inhaler and that’s why I was coughing. I told her my asthma is already maintained since I take a maintenance inhaler (different than a rescue) and asthma medication every day and that this cough wasn’t caused by my asthma. She was insistent that it was my asthma and that I should be using my rescue inhaler anyway “even when I’m sick”.I wasn’t trying to argue but just explain that my cough was not caused by not using my inhaler and I’m following what my lung specialists told me which was not to use my albuterol too much and to take my asthma meds which I always do. I could see she got frustrated when I tried to clarify that my cough was worse than just a regular cough, so she said “listen, I do this for a living, so I’m going to prescribe you steroids because that’s what you need, and you need your inhaler”. I said ok thank you, because I didn’t want to keep going back and forth. Then on her way out she passive aggressively slammed the door. I saw on the prescription note she ended up prescribing me prednisone and then an antibiotic after I pressed that this was not just an asthma flareup.I wish I had a better experience after seeing the good reviews, I don’t normally write long reviews like this but I just had to get this out because the whole experience kind of left a bad taste in my mouth! I never experienced that at a doctors office. The place is nice and quiet and clean, the staff could be better, I guess.

My experience was very positive from check-in to check-out. The physician assistant, Brittany, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and exact in my diagnosis.

I've been here a few times over the years. Today was a great experience. The gentleman at check in was very kind. My wait time is usually long, but today I was seen quickly. Thankful for that. The PA, Brittany was exceptional. She was thoughtful, kind and helpful. She took time to answer my questions and she has a great bedside manner. Friendly, professional, carried a smile the entire time and we even shared a couple of quick giggles. She made me feel at ease and that treating me with care was her utmost concern. I would definitely go back to be in her care. She is an asset to CareNow!

Filled out online form to be seen for sick appt. Received 2 confirmations from CN they received my info & I am in line virtually. Waited in “que” for text. Called them abt 65 min after 3x & got a voice mail. VM indicated open. Drove over & they were closed.

Where is the oats that the doctor swore to treat even the enemy? They were very arrogant I told him that he has his knee. When you fall. It was cut to didn’t even bother looking at it and the treatment was with arrogant and mostly like racist. he’s a child with autistic child. He took a fall and then they didn’t even care about his bruises or cuts anywhere else to ask or look what kind of a clinic or garbage are you running?

I would have put 5 stars before my last visit. Bad attitude from the nurse since I needed to be with my sick boy. All what I asked her was to stay with him during the visit. Doctor authorized me. I was always allowed for many years. In the room the nurse tells me to go somewhere else if you don't like it here. That was very rude and unprofessional. Clinic nor corporate office did nothing about that attitude. I will never be back unless I have nowhere to go.

A great option when you need immediate non-emergency assistance. A very professional and pleasant experience from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Everyone was personable and took my issue seriously. I’m a repeat patient.
