If I could give them a zero I would. Multiple interactions trying to get paperwork signed. Visited the branch and called multiple times. Manager was supposed to contact me but never did. Probably time to find a new bank. miserable

I wasted two hours of my time yesterday to this branch to fix my issue. After one day, they put restriction on my account, and when i called them, the representative said, "You have to go to the branch again."I really don't know what she did yesterday

I was in the drive up teller line behind the car the teller was helping at 11:52. When I pulled up next at 11:57 the teller promptly pulled the canister and closed the window. The teller refused to answer the call button. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service. Please investigate the teller who was working the drive up on June 24 between 11:45-noon. This is why Capital One is losing customers.Why was I not assisted? When you can see the next vehicle in the camera why close the window and refuse to answer the call button? Check your camera Capital One we were waiting to be assisted at 11:57!

Forcing people to do online with a horrible system and bad customer service. Long wait times and everyone saying something different. This bank use to be great.

Capital 1 is terrible these days, really a credit card company, not meant to be a personal bank anymore and closing branches all over the place to reflect that and their lack of commitment to the customer experience. This branch is particularly understaffed and unwilling to do simple transactions through the drive thru window that the branch in Herndon 15 minutes away does routinely.Avoid this branch unless you have some time to kill.

I guess I'm an outlier to the reviews for this bank. I went during lunch hour on Tuesday to open up a 360 CD Account (great rates, BTW) and Sadia was very nice and extremely helpful. Even when business started picking up, she managed to help behind the counter and still be available for me. Since I had a cashier's check for the deposit, I couldn't open the account on-line from home, so Sadia provided an iPad to handle everything there at the bank. Hopefully she'll be there for my next visit... I appreciated all her help!

I highly recommend the employees at this branch. Vasu and Bob were so helpful to me as I opened a CD. Vasu walked me through — step-by-step — the online application process. Honestly couldn’t have done it on my own! Bob was first employee I met when I entered the branch. He fully explained the process to me and introduced me to Vasu who took care of my requirements. I am most grateful to them both! Great experience!

The customer service is super bad! They don’t have customers and they tell you to make an appointment to talk with a representative. The tellers don’t help you. They tell you to open the app and look for the information. I asked if they can print the interest rate for a CD and they denied it. Very disappointed ?????? I don’t recommend this branch.

Really unprofessional & stressful bank. After over 10 years of banking with Capital One, I’ve closed my accounts & ended my banking relationship with them. Never will I deal with them or recommend anyone to do so. Take your business elsewhere, you’ll be happier!
