Far from home, I had a screw in my tire that was going flat. I called C&C. The staff were friendly and professional. They squeezed me in and got me back on the road again for a small and very fair fee. They Rock!

I've been to C&C twice now -- one time for what ended up being a simple light bulb issue, and the second for a faulty starter. Both times, they had great availability -- I didn't have to wait long for my car to be serviced. They are honest, and have great prices -- a fraction of what similar services would cost you at the dealership.
For the light bulb issue, I thought it might have been an electrical issue, and initially asked C&C to do a diagnostic. They quickly realized it was only the bulb, and the electrical was all fine. Then they replaced it; when everything was said and done it was only about 2 hours from when I first dropped the car off. When I went to pick it up, I had sticker shock -- the good kind! -- because they only charged me for the basic service and bulb. At the dealership, the cost of the diagnostic alone would have been double or even triple of what C&C ended up charging me!
For the starter issue, they did a thorough diagnostic of the entire starting mechanism of the car. They even told me that their basic tests of the starter passed, but when they actually looked at it, it wasn't doing all the proper mechanisms to actually start the engine reliably.
Both times, when picking my car up, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly and awesome people -- special shout outs to Meredith, and to Jason. You guys rock!
I'd highly recommend C&C. If you are looking for professional, quick, friendly, and honest car servicing/repairs around the Sterling area, give them a call!

Hands down the best experience I have had with a mechanic in years. Prices were reasonable, turn around times were great, and the staff was so friendly! Will be bringing my car here for everything going forward.

IF I could give more stars I would, I just moved from IL. and discovered this shop. Jason knows his craft and is terrific to talk to. Don't try to upsell you but also tries to get to the root of the problem. The front person I spoke to initially too, was wonderful. I can tell they care and that's tough to come by sometimes. I found my new shop. My car runs like a Cadillac now.

Until I was introduced to the amazing folks at C & C Auto Repair, I relied on really terrible experiences at overpriced, and rude dealers and shops. Shops where you pay for their fancy building leases, rather than quality of service.
I've been bringing my car to C & C for years, and the other day I sent my parents by to fix my mom's car. My mom means the world to me, and she couldn't say enough nice things about her experience there, so this, in my humble opinion, is far more important when choosing someone to take care of your most valuable possessions: your family! Thank you, C & C Auto Repair, for keeping myself and my family safe!

I could never adequately express my gratitude for Jason and the whole team. I have brought multiple cars there over the years and their fairness is second to none. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to get to the bottom of issues. He has found everything from recalls to tech notes etc. and always given me every bit of information he can find. I don’t even know how much money he saved me at this point. I will never take a car anywhere else. ?

I can't say enough good about the people that run C&C Auto. From the front desk to the mechanics, they keep me posted on the progress of the work. Plus, the most important thing is that they are honest and trustworthy.

They are honest, reasonably priced, do not do unnecessary repairs, and stand by their work, and work till the customer is fully satisfied. The staff is friendly.
I recently took my car for brake repairs. Other repair shops had suggested replacing brakes, rotors and callipers. They said that the callipers looked ok, only brakes and rotors required replacement. The original problem of grinding noise upon braking didn't go away fully. I took it back. They told me that the callipers were sporadically jamming, and that they didn't jam the first time they had inspected. So this time they replaced the callipers also. That's where they scored the first point! They were honest and didn't make unnecessary repairs. Several months later, the noise started coming again! The re-checked, at no cost to me, and replaced pads and rotors again. After a few months, the problem was back! This time they put premium quality brake pads, again at no cost to me. The brakes work like new now!
