My washer and dryer unit is a year old. Over a month ago, my dryer drum stopped turning. I called because we purchased an extended warranty. I was told it would be about a week and a half for someone to come out. I waited, they came, spent less than five minutes in my house to tell me it was the belt, which I knew. I was told it would take 7-10 days to order the part, didn't get any paperwork. I called a week later and was told they would have to call the parts dept to check, didn't hear back. I called the next day and was told they couldn't find my ticket, I requested to speak to a supervisor. They eventually called back and knew of my service claim and said they would investigate and would loop me in. I still haven't heard back. I have been without a dryer for over a month for a part that could be bought at any local hardware store. After they initially installed the washer incorrectly that left me with a leak that I now have to have fixed, I am cautioning anyone who purchases with Bray and Scarff. BUYER BEWARE....their service center and extended warranty is worthless. I will be contacting the company that handles the warranty for a refund...it is completely not worth the money or lack of care they place in their customer service. I was made to feel crazy and ungrateful, but after a month without a dryer I am a little more than upset and have every right to be when their company doesn't put customers first. I recently needed to replace my dishwasher and decided with the poor service from Bray & Scarff to go with Lowes instead and their installation team has never caused any appliances to leak in my house. Find a good handyman and skip the warranty!

I had a great experience both purchasing my appliances from Jim at the Sterling location, and with Joe B's install crew. Joe was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Joe and his team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening as I am a new homeowner, how to care for my appliances, and to take care of the space by laying down pads and cleaning up after themselves. They even noticed a problem with my cabinets that impacted the microwave install and fixed it.

On Nov 1st I had a 24 inchstackable washer /dryer installed. My sales specialist was Chanel, the assistant manager. Chanel is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional! She arranged my delivery with Wayne and his team! Wayne made the delivery process seamless! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough! He respected me and my home! He did the installation and even gave me a tutorial! He checked my dryer vents and made sure everything was working as it should! I am so pleased and excited about my purchase ? I will recommend Chanel and Wayne to my family and friends ?

Joseph was fantastic! He helped me a lot when I contacted the Sterling, Windmill Parc address by phone. I already knew which refrigerator I wanted and he worked with me to get me the best price (which I confirmed after calling other companies) and had great technical knowledge of the product. The delivery service was also exceptional and when I called to speak to him about another purchase and mentioned the delivery experience, he told me that he made sure to tell the team that delivered it, to take good care of me, which they did!Eventually I did purchase my first induction range from him, primarily because of my initial experience doing business with him. I even have his cell number which he will frequently answer when not at work. But whether I call him at B & S or not, he always gets back to me (if not available at the time) and makes me feel like a very valued customer!

Very helpful floor staff. Made product review and purchase very easy. No pressure tactics or hard sell. Scheduling was also easy. They took care of all coordination. Installers were on time and competent. The whole affair for an appliance replacement went smooth thanks to the staff.

Bray & Scarff (Sterling location): One stop shopping at its’ best! Our Kitchen remodel included Structural changes along with a total design overhaul including cabinets, appliances, flooring,etc. Over the years, we worked with several Designers on Renovations. Our Designer (Shabree) and the Field Supervisor (Kevin) for the renovation were unquestionably head and shoulders above the rest. She surveyed and measured our Kitchen space, listened carefully when discussing our thoughts, provided several options including pros & cons and then went to work on a final Design. Upon approval, she coordinated that design in concert with the Retail Sales Manager (Jim) who graciously spent a lot of time helping us to select appliances. Undoubtedly, the Field Manager (Kevin) was the glue that held everything together. So many people…Just as important, the PM and his crew were equally great as were all the trades personnel we’ve observed during several renovations. Said another way, B & S Leadership put together a great team! All personnel associated with the Renovation were always Professional and Customer oriented. We appreciated that they also tidied up the area at the end of the day. Thanks to all that helped make our dream Kitchen a reality!

Highly recommend. We worked with Josh throughout the summer and bought 5 appliances. Josh was top notch and extremely fast and responsive always. He even picked up our calls while he was off. Our installer for the hood Joe was fantastic at every step! All in all you want to work with the best people in the industry. They have great support and service options. If you’re wondering whether to buy from Costco/Lowes/BestBuy etc.. loook no further. Go with Bray and Scarff and their excellent staff. Keep up the good work!

I had a kitchen remodel done, and the countertop fabricators made an error with the measurements for our oven. I went to Bray and Scarff and Joseph and Jim were very helpful! They found the perfect gas range oven for my kitchen and everything went very smoothly and the installation team was very professional and on time. Will definitely use them for all of our major appliances going forward, thanks!
