I wanted to say how happy I was with the wonderful service I had at your facility when I recently changed the oil on my car. Your team's professionalism and careful attention to detail much above my expectations.Sean Spicher at BMW Sterling showed a genuinely admirable dedication to customer service from the moment I arrived. He took the time to go over the oil change procedure in detail, emphasizing the value of routine maintenance for optimum car performance.

Awesome Customer Service...Awesome Salesman...Awesome dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Mr. Bighem! He knew this was my first BMW and made its presentation extra special! He had it covered and in the showroom. When he presented it to me, he pulled the black cover off...it could have been a TV commercial. I LOVED IT! These are the "after reveal" photos.

Erick took care of us when we took in our X3 for its yearly maintenance. He was extraordinary. He listened to my concerns, and he addressed each one of them perfectly. When we left for home, the car was in perfect running order and had been cleaned/washed perfectly. Wonderful experience.

I just wanted to inform you of the absolute worst service ever from one of your Sales agents, Angela. We called and were in contact with her to come view a 2022 Launch Edition Rivian R1T. We drove over an hour to see it and test drive it, and upon asking when our ideal timeframe would be to purchase a vehicle we said a few months (as to not be heckled). We test drove the vehicle, and the entire time Angela was extremely short, and just provided a basic loop of directions, maybe not even a mile long in total. When we parked, we asked if we could look around the exterior of the vehicle and check out it's other features, such as the gear tunnel and the trunk. She snapped and said, and I quote, "I'm just gonna be real withchu, are you gonna purchase the vehicle today or not? Because..." which is a rude way to tell us no that we can't check out the vehicle. She was so unprofessional and rude, even when we were thanking for her time during the drive. It felt extremely wrong, because we ARE looking to purchase a vehicle, but just because it wasn't that exact moment, she was annoyed and didn't give a shit. That ruined all future chances of us purchasing not only from her, but from the entire dealership. I wanted to notify a manager of this, but no one was answering their phones, and I couldn't find an email address.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are run by crooks and dishonest people from top to bottom. We bought an X3 from them and they gave us the wrong vehicle (a cheaper one with less options and it was a diesel) and then disappeared the moment we got the keys as it was closing time. I had to email the management chain and VP all day Sunday (they were closed) to get a response. Then they tried to sell the correct car to us for more than what we agreed to. It was a complete sh*t show. Then in 2021 we got "new" tires for the same vehicle and they gave us three tires from 2018 and one from 2019. Less than 20k miles later (as we don't drive much) they are worn and feathering. Go somewhere else where people are honest.

Outstanding repair job in every sense. Financially reasonable cost. HONEST. Timely. Easy to communicate with my service advisor. This was my first time using BMW of Sterling. I had been going to BMW of Fairfax for over 10 years but after they were bought out by sonic automotive, I found that their service quality dropped significantly. I felt like I was being gouged for my money and so I decided to come here for a second opinion. Not surprisingly, the first thing they told me is that my car did not need all of the repairs that they had recommended. They then proceeded with their own recommendations and my car drives like the day I bought it again. Overall, I'll be coming here for years

went with my brother-in-law to BMW of Sterling for his new car. The associate who helped us knew a lot about the car and was really nice. He took his time to explain everything. The dealership was clean and not very busy, which was nice to see. they had some fantastic cars on the lot.

We had a terrific experience at BMW Sterling purchasing our 2024 X5 50e. Our client advisor. Melissa Fincham, was truly outstanding. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive. She never rushed us with the transaction, provided excellent advice on the configuration, and gave us as much of her time as we needed both before the purchase and at the time of delivery. We will be contacting her again for a possible future purchase. Anyone considering a BMW should seek her out.

What should have been an exciting day buying my dream car turned into a horrible experience at BMW of Sterling. This dealership has some of the rudest and most incompetent people I have ever done business with. I will never buy or service a vehicle there again. After waiting over a month, I finally got word from Danny Saboor that my car had arrived at the dealership. I advised we would pick it up on Saturday and to make the appointment as quick as possible as we would have our 2 month old with us. He assured me we would be in and out within two hours. The test drive and initial paperwork went quickly and all we had left was financing. Unfortunately, this is where things started to go bad. I expected a slight wait given a Saturday, but after an hour we were still waiting. My wife now had to go to the service lounge to feed our crying baby. When I asked Danny how much longer it would be I kept getting told only a few minutes as he stood in the Finance Managers office just talking. This dragged on for another hour! After two hours of waiting we finally got to the Finance Managers office. He hands me our registration and it's for a different person! Two hours to prep and he couldn't even do the registration right?! I am then presented with our financing agreement and it is also wrong!!! When I proceed to show him the estimate printed by Danny his response was "we don't offer those terms". How do I have terms printed on your letter head that you are now saying you will not honor? At this point I demand to see the General Manager as it is clear the Finance Manager has no clue how to do his job. Instead of bringing in the Manager, Danny walks in an tells me that, "I wrote down a lot of sh*t on the estimate and I didn't understand the terms offered". I honestly should have walked away from the deal at this point. I told Danny that in business I value time and clear communication and that had not been delivered today. Instead of apologizing he responded "well you were late". WHAT A JERK!!!! I had arrived exactly when I said I would. I got into my new car and drove home furious. Looking back I should have walked out on the deal. They are not looking for repeat customers or to uphold the BMW name. The review link they sent me about my experience didn't even work. This dealership is an absolute disgrace. Avoid them at all costs!!

I bought a 335i here in the past. The dealership is clean and usually well staffed. But seller beware, DO NOT trade or sell your car here. I have been waiting a month for payoff (and a check for the equity) but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. When I complained after 3 weeks I was told several times “don’t worry, we sent your bank the payoff” but my bank continues to say it has NOT been paid. I’ve called the General Manager and salesperson dozens of times and left multiple messages but nobody returns my calls. It’s starting to sound like they are preparing for bankruptcy and I am hosed. Sadly I discovered too late that the AutoNation across the street will buy your car and cut you a check the same day! And at a better price. Live and learn.

What a wonderful buying experience. This did not feel like a car dealership. No pressure tactics, no unprofessional attitude from anyone. My sales guy, Kamal is amazing. He kept me up to date through every step.He is extremely knowledgeable in the cars. His professionalism is unparalleled. What makes him stand apart is his focus on customer service. I highly recommend Kamal and this dealership. I know who to go to for my next car.

Jose Zapata Rivera, an amazing client advisor, is the sole reason this sorry excuse for a dealership gets 2 stars. He valued my time and treated me with respect. It is a shame that I can’t say the same for the dealership as a whole. BMW of Sterling displayed startling incompetence and immaturity.I am a repeat customer at BMW of Sterling. For this reason, I had few concerns regarding buying a used Audi Q5 with a crack in its windshield. I trusted the dealership to fix it correctly, and I couldn’t have been more wrong.Brian Latimer, manager of the service department, decided to be as cheap as possible and replace the windshield with an AFTERMARKET part. The advanced safety features malfunctioned as a result. In addition, the service department failed to conduct a recalibration. I called the service department to make an appointment for recalibration and asked twice whether they had the capacity to handle recalibration on an Audi. I was assured that they could handle this.Brian Latimer contacted me and suggested that I have an Audi dealership take care of the recalibration. He failed to disclose that Sterling installed an aftermarket windshield. Audi of Arlington conducted the recalibration but noted potential problems due to the cheap AFTERMARKET windshield. I contacted Brian Latimer again and he attempted to blame Audi of Arlington and steadfastly refused to accept any responsibility.Brian Latimer proceeded to ignore my phone calls and emails. Julius Green, a sales manager, accepted responsibility and offered to make my car whole ONLY after my wife, a contracts lawyer, threatened to begin legal proceedings. I was assured that BMW of Sterling would pay for a proper windshield and recalibration.Trying to hold Julius Green and BMW of Sterling to this commitment was an ordeal. I sent countless emails and called regularly to share my invoices and inquire about reimbursement status. Sterling management attempted to dodge my phone calls and give the most vanilla of responses. Multiple inquiries were met with a response of “received.” Very informative….It took nearly a month to receive reimbursement. I think it’s perfectly fair to expect more from a luxury dealer that describes itself as a leading dealer in the Washington region. Due to this incompetent and immature behavior, I will never do business with them again.BMW of Sterling torpedoed a likely lifetime relationship in order to save a couple bucks.Re: Sterling’s responseYou put an aftermarket part on a luxury car and essentially played dumb. It’s this easy- “I am very sorry that my department made such a glaring lapse in judgement.” Instead, you passed off responsibility to Jose Zapata and Julius Green.Julius Green stepped in when Brian Latimer predictably went cheap and offered to cover only a portion of the cost.Do not trust this shady dealership!

I have recently leased BMW iX 50 from BMW sterling. New iX 50 had few software issues as well one major manufacturing fault with moonroof. I have ask Sales person Ralf that I want replacement of the car because it is new car and have factory defect. But he insisted that it is no more sales issue instead it is service issue because I have already signed the paper. Finally, I had no option but take the car to service center. They said moonrof needs replacement and other issues are software related those will be fixed in few days. It took them 10 days to inform me that they have fixed the issues. But when I arrived at the service center, big surprise was waiting for me, roof replacement was done very poorly and you can easily spot that there were glue sticking all around and it was very obvious that moonroof job was done very poorly. I was really disappointed and told them I cannot take the car in this condition and I need new car as I have paid to buy a new car not the defective one. They said we have finished the work and you have to take the car and deal with BMW directly. I have opened the case with BMW. I have also sent emails to BMW sterling but I never got the response from BMW sterling. Still I am waiting to get my issue resolved. This is really worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I’ll never recommend BMW sterling.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW from Vance Doughty at BMW of Sterling, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Vance went above and beyond to make my car-buying journey smooth, enjoyable, and truly exceptional.Throughout the test drive, Vance showcased an in-depth understanding of the car's features, performance, and technology. He highlighted the unique selling points of the BMW model I was interested in, which made me confident that I was making the right choice. He was patient and attentive, allowing me to fully experience the car's capabilities.Overall, my experience with Vance at BMW of Sterling was nothing short of outstanding. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction set a new standard for car buying. If you're in the market for a BMW or any other vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking out Vance. He truly embodies what a top-notch car salesman should be, and I'm grateful for the remarkable buying experience he provided.

Wow, please for your own benefit stay far away from this dealership. These people do not care about their customers, at all. They only care about making their sales, customer service be damned. If I could give 0 stars, I would.I had reached out to the dealer to inquire about a CPO car they had. During initial discussions over the phone, I was told it had just sold. Oh well, I'll find another one. Then, I get a call telling me that the sale fell through and it's available again. This was all within a span of a few hours. I immediately scheduled an appointment to come there at 5:30pm and was excited to go check it out. I arrived at the dealer at approximately 5:25p. I walked into the showroom and nobody greeted me. I walked around trying to get someone's attention but nobody stopped to help me, so I went to the managers desk after a few mins and asked about my appointment with Teba. He pointed at Teba and told me she was on the phone and will get to me shortly. I waited for about 30 mins in the showroom, checking out the cars. Finally at 6:05, I received a call on my phone. It was Teba, who was confirming that I had an appointment at 5:30 and she was just now telling me not to come. Mind you, this was after her manager flagged her and told her I was already here. She didn't even have the courage to come tell me face to face what had happened, but essentially, while I was there for my appointment, she decided to take a call and deposit from someone else. And to tell me not to come, 30 minutes AFTER, my scheduled appointment time. I live about 30 miles away from this dealer. I dropped everything and skipped dinner to rush there so I could see the car, only for Teba to make a deal with someone else while I had already arrived for my confirmed appointment. The lack of concern for their customers time, gas, & energy is extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I even told the manager over the phone where I was coming from so they knew I had a long drive, in traffic as well. If I were you, I would take my business elsewhere such as BMW of Catonsville. They are much nicer and accommodating, and they don't waste their customers time. BMW of Sterling will not get a penny from me in the future.
