10/22/22 Sterling location. 9-10 pm.The Latino gentleman (I can't tell you his name because his dirty wrinkled shirt did not have a name tag on it) needs to be fired. He asked me if I needed bags I told him yes, two he said they would be 10 cents a piece I told him that's wrong the tax is only a nickel. He proceeds to jump onto another register and ignore me. He even goes so far to scream across the loudspeaker that there is a customer up front complaining that needs to be dealt with this was quite embarrassing for my wife and I. He did nothing to de-escalate the situation and sat there and talked to other customers about how annoying I was while I waited for him to finally come back when he got me to the point of having to make a noise that was a little louder than normal to get his attention he acted wounded while I sat there and watched him wait on three separate customers while continuously talking bad about me. Finally, the manager Joaquin showed up and handled things. He told me there was a mistake with the barcode that they scan and asked me how many bags I needed I informed him two, and he made the executive decision to only scan the barcode once. He was more than helpful and even helped us get our stuff into the car he diffused and extremely volatile situation he needs a promotion this other no name guy needs to be fired. Amazon is killing the brick and mortar store you guys need to be way better about training your people because everything I purchase today could reach me tomorrow via an Amazon order you're really messing yourselves up and you need to stop it.

The Latino gentleman that was running the cash register between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. on October 22nd 2022 needs to be fired. He was very rude he tried to charge me an extra nickel for bags when bags are only supposed to be a nickel and when I questioned this he turned his back on me went to another register and started waiting on other customers and ignoring me. I would post his name but his wrinkled dirty shirt didn't have a name tag on it. I'm giving this store a chance to do the right thing and get rid of this guy before I have to go to corporate and get more than just him fired. He took a mild irritation of a situation and escalated it to the point where it could have actually gone a lot worse. Joaquin the manager came in and saved the day. I was literally about to take a cart full of stuff and just leave it there. If you feel the need to treat another human being like that they're not human being doesn't need to help pay for your paycheck.

The store is clean and organized. The staff is nice and helpful. Prices are good.I only give a 3 star this time because I purchased 2 solar butterfly stakes, one was broken but fixable. I asked the manager for a discount since it was broken. The original price is $15.00 & he only gave me a $3.00 discount. They are not gonna sale broken...all of the others were broken also.

I went in to buy some things and had to use the bathroom. 2 stalls were occupied and the middle one had human feces on toilet seat and floor. I tried flagging down a worker informing her of the health hazard. She had no sense of urgency after the second time repeating it she said she would let the manager know and kept organizing/stocking. Update: I took John's advice and added a picture for reference. I did not have a picture of the toilet seat because I did not want to go back in that stall.
