First be prepared to spend an entire day here. They are huge, idk they had 4 buildings. But the staff is really nice and attentive. It's not like a car's salesperson, where they are on top of you. They greet you and give you space and time to roam around and look. Suzanne and Kam were our 2 sales associates and they were both really good! They have really good pieces and prices in all 4 showrooms. Personally I liked the outlet because you can find some great stuff that is heavily discounted. We got our first home and didn't want to break the bank with a $5000 sofa. Also you can shop at all the showrooms together. We got a dining table + 6 chairs, sectional sofa, and mattress from the outlet and the bed set from the main showroom. Btw, go when you need to buy in bulk - they charge a flat shipping rate. And if you buy a mattress, shipping is free. Loved our experience and will be going back again.

Awesome Service and literally millions of options to customize! We stopped by to look around and met such a knowledgeable ...and patient sales person named Amy who walked us through many options for finishes and materials. She even went online to show us what the final pieces would look like. The ability to customize with so many options was amazing to be able to coordinate our colors without being too matchy matchy. It took us a while with patient Amy to look through so many options, such as: wood finishes, glazes, metal finishes, cloth colors and materials. When our pieces finally arrived - it coordinated perfectly! Delivery and setup was great as well. We Love Love Love great service and Belfort has come through again!

How would my husband and I describe our decision to embrace the ideas of Belfort's designer, Toni Salazar? Well, in our 30+ years together, it was one of our best decisions. We entered the Belfort showroom intending to update the rooms on our main floor. Within a short time, we were overwhelmed with the many decisions needed to coordinate and update multiple rooms. Thankfully, Toni soon approached and assured us she could help us meet our goals. With hope restored, we explained the task and then answered questions about our preferred styles and colors and how we use each room. Toni heard our desires and skillfully connected thoughts and ideas to improve design choices in ways we hadn't considered. She provided options for each room, some within our comfort zone and others that pushed us slightly beyond. Ultimately, we fell in love with every opportunity beyond our comfort zone and are pleased with every decision. Toni has extensive experience and talent, enabling her to incorporate style and functionality in her designs to maximize aesthetics and usability for the client. We love Toni's designs and look forward to continuing updates to other areas of our home, relying on her unique skills and abilities.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amy in picking out a sectional for the family room. I met with Amy on three separate occasions. She listen attentively to what I was looking for and provided great advice helped to pick out the fabric worked with me on the measurements, and rug selection creating an overall design for the room was a great experience. There was never any pressure to buy. I was given the option to take fabrics home to make sure the colors were right. I bought furniture from Belfort, and actually ended up canceling the order because I was asked to change something and and the sales person was very rude and unresponsive which resulted in me contacting management. This experience with Amy was totally different and I feel very confidence that room is going to turn out beautiful once everything is received. Thank You again Amy

The worst customer service and management at Belfort, Sterling. We bought two couches from them. The sales person asked us if we want to have care plan and told us we can have our money back after 5 years if we don't use the care. We received statements for care plan a few weeks after and realized after reading through the mail that it's going to be a store credit and not money back to our pocket if we don't use the care plan. None of the sales people mentioned that when selling to us. We went to the store and told the manager our concern. He not only didn't try to find a way or at least apologize for mis information, he was very rude and told us there's nothing he can do. I will never step into this store again as they just left a very bad taste in my memory.

We ordered a couch then a week later we were called they did not have the color we selected that it was discontinued. We drive all the way back there, which is not close to us and they did not compensate us for anything. You would think they would give us some kind of discount but the manager said no and was rude. With that said we canceled the order and now have to wait for our refund. They stated they cannot refund right away. Also the parking lot was full and we had to park towards the back of the building & then we walk to the front door and see all the Belfort cars which had belfort logos on the care parked in front of the Building.They should leave those spots available for customers.Not the best customer service!

I recently bought a black marble dining table and chairs from Belfort furniture. When it was delivered to my new apartment, I quickly realized the table was too dark and did not compliment the decor. I called Customer care and spoke with Noelle. Noelle was very kind and patient as I explained my issue and asked for a solution. She did some research and was able to resolve the problem by exchanging the black marble table for the white marble table which was in-stock. It was truly a joy to work with Noelle and I will recommend Belfort Furniture to anyone. Gail H.

Heidi our salesperson was the absolute BEST. so sweet and patient and knew her stuff!! I Wally's recommend her to anyone!!You can tell she loves her job. customer service so far has been excellent from Belfort Furniture. honestly the experience was painless but really because if Heidi!!!

The quality of furniture from this store might be nice, but their lack of customer service is a disgrace. I ordered a power reclining leather chair and two custom leather items (sofa/loveseat). First they have no way for me to see my custom product when I was ordering. I was never offered all the options that were available (found out after my furniture came in not when I ordered it) They knew the furniture was not what I ordered before it was built, but they didn't reach out to me, they just had it built with different options, hoping I wouldn't notice. November until March I waited for the wrong furniture that cost me as much as a month long European trip. When I brought it to their attention and asked what my options were I was given a choice to choose different furniture and wait even longer for a delivery or get a 10% refund. I already got rid of my previous furniture and couldn't find anything I liked in other local stores. The most they would refund me was 14.25% so now I'm stuck with furniture that makes me feel angry and taken advantage of... If I could have returned it, I would have, but I needed furniture. No one was apologetic for the events that transpired and took their time responding to me. I requested a supervisor 2x, he finally reached out and could have cared less that I was unsatisfied with the shady behavior of their store. Take your money elsewhere. I will not be returning.

The sales personnel are friendly and attentive to the specific needs of their customers. They are never pushy, always ready to advise and suggest alternatives, based on their customers' preferences. I've worked with Israel Shimeles multiple times, and I will always ask for him. Belfort's credit terms through Synchrony are very reasonable. Delivery men were prompt and helpful in positioning furniture, per my request. I have high regard for the quality of the furniture, great sales, and fantastic personnel at all levels.

Continues to provide garbage service. they clearly read this review and contacted me. I explained everything to them and then radio silence. Three months later we get a random phone call that they were going to give us new cores. They delivered new cores but for the third time the delivery person's refused to stuff them. So they expect me to restuff my sofa after their mistake. Don't know what we paid them for. Garbage customer service.Also it is important to note that I asked the delivery man to go around back because it was raining but he looked at me and just shoved past me through my front door while I was holding my four month old baby knocking us back. I will never go back there (and I have several pieces from them). Even when they try to make up for their mistakes they fail.
