So since GM retired, Ms. Beth Holmes, I was a little bit sceptic about applying in the bank because since I started using bank I only went in this branch and I was dealing only with her. But, new GM is also amazing, Andre, he was very helpful, amazing customer service, he helped me with the paperwork, he made sure that I’m taken care of, he called to follow up, scheduled check pick-up with no wait time, he is just right person to be new GM! 46300 Potomac Run Plaza Ste 180, Sterling“This Navy Federal sits in a shopping center along with Outback and Target. Parking is on the side of the building and the entrance faces the street. There is an ATM outside that I normally use but the last time I need to deposit a lot of cash and coins so I went inside. The teller was pleasant and friendly and took care of my deposit. He also renewed my CD that was due to "expire" soon. The only reason this isn't my normal Navy Federal is because they don't have a drive thru and I'm lazy. Lol”
“I guess I'm an outlier to the reviews for this bank. I went during lunch hour on Tuesday to open up a 360 CD Account (great rates, BTW) and Sadia was very nice and extremely helpful. Even when business started picking up, she managed to help behind the counter and still be available for me. Since I had a cashier's check for the deposit, I couldn't open the account on-line from home, so Sadia provided an iPad to handle everything there at the bank. Hopefully she'll be there for my next visit... I appreciated all her help!”
