I wish I could leave negative starts, I stopped by on 5/31 at 3:45 just to find out they close at 3 in the summer. So the next day I called because I get off at almost 3 and I was literally speeding to get there, I called and was told they couldn’t wait for me so to make it by 3 but they will have my book ready. I get there at 3:01 and doors are locked and lights off. Two staff members see me knocking on the door and act like they can’t see me. Absolutely disgusted made my decision to transfer out of nova.

Staff are super friendly. But when i purchased a book and the online companion, i later realized it was not attached. I contacted the publisher who said it would be on the bookstore. I contacted the bookstore who said it would be on the publisher. Wound up paying $500 for a book that in the bookstore was $300 and through the publisher was $200. Open package that was supposed to include an access code so no refund. Buying the book was a pleasant experience, trying to correct a wrong.. not so much. Smh.

it's all about profit. Complete disregard for students' well-being... this school and the bookstore. also good luck finding parking relatively close that isn't for FACULTY/STAFF. It is clear that the students are not a priority, which is sad considering how much school costs..
