Avis is preferred vendor for my company. On business travel with a car reservation, arrived to find no cars available. Unfortunately this is not first occurrence of this and I will look to rent from other companies going forward

Everything was fine.A very kind personnel, good car received, the time spent was at the minimum. The drop off was really short, just handed over the key to the Avis rep and the bus was ready to bring me at the airport.Recommend.

ZERO stars! Employees are EXTREMELY slow! Took over 30 minute to help 3 people in line with 4 employees there, UNACCEPTABLE! Booked and was given the total at booking of $225, actual total at the counter was over $452! Then when I dropped off the car, the idiot in the parking lot didn't even look inside the car or check to see that I had filled up the gas tank just 5 minutes before dropping off then he ran off without saying ANYTHING to me and I was left standing in the rain not knowing anything and had to walk all the way back to the main building to ask for a receipt then was all the way back to the front of the lot to catch the bus back to the airport! Will NEVER, EVER rent from them again.

I felt my rental car was unsafe, dirty, and overpriced. I had to cancel portions of my travel due to the vehicle and lack of a replacement from the local Avis office. The car had scratches and dents all over, and the windshield wipers made the vehicle unsafe to drive. I have been traveling for 20yrs, this was likely the worst experience I've had.

we just rented a car from here and had such a great experience. The guy that attended us was so calm and easy going, he clearly explained and gave us the option of choosing insurances without being pushy. He made our day better! The process was just so easy

Loved loved loved the quick check-in and check-out process. During both processes, the associates were extremely personable and accommodating. Give those guys a raise! I wish I would have gotten their names.

Quick service at the counter with the option (which I didn't take advantage of) of going directly to the car and driving away. Good car, good condition, good price. Bravo!

A car in the Premium category was rented. We received a Dodge Charger on site that was advertised in Category G by Avis. So beautiful so good. Vehicle full of dents and various scratches. Not suitable for two people with luggage. Oil change in the display and washer fluid empty. Quoted booking quoted $250 for a week. On site 500 a week plus all sorts of extras that aren't exactly explained. So instead of $500, a total of $1,300 for a car that was everything but not premium. Didn't even have sat nav...Note: Car rented through company with President status. Insurance etc all included.Fraud and deception of customers across the board. Can only recommend: KEEP AWAY FROM AVIS!Received a 3 day voucher as compensation. A rough explanation of a few of the extra items on the bill, but nowhere near what everything is actually for. So stick with it. Actual rent just over $500, extras over double in top.

Normally use Avis in other cities, a lot. However recently at this location they tried to give me a car with 77k miles. When I kindly asked for something a little newer, they gave me another car with 44k miles, and said nothing else was available. Plenty of cars on the lot, but apparently none were available unless I paid for a luxury upgrade.Shady practices and I ended up cancelling my rental and getting an Uber.
